Dopo due telefonate per accertarsi della presenza nel centro di un macchinario per una terapia richiesta dal fisiatra, entrambe con risposta positiva, il mio compagno si è recato quest’oggi per effettuare la terapia prenotata. Ha fatto l’accettazione pagando la prestazione, è stato preparato per la seduta ed ha atteso...atteso...atteso mezzo nudo sul lettino, (con questo clima sarà stato di sicuro uno spasso) fino a che non gli è stato detto che il macchinario c’era, ma era rotto. Ci mancava che chiamassero l’elettrauto per cercare di rabberciarlo e dare il contentino al mio compagno. In passato era già successo per altre vicissitudini che ci rivolgessimo entrambi a loro, ma questa sarà l’ultima. Gli operatori sono sconclusionati, poco professionali, sgarbati e anche improvvisati, dal momento che danno anche suggerimenti sbagliati su procedure e terapie, e non rispettano le minime norme igieniche tra calzature, guanti e igiene delle sale e dei lettini. Sono solo abili venditori... consulenti marketing, ed ho detto tutto. Il dramma è che il 90% dei pazienti è anziano, e magari non fa attenzione a certe mancanze affidandosi a degli azzeccagarbugli. In the past it had already happened to other vicissitudes that we both addressed to them, but this will be the last one. The operators are inconclusive, unprofessional, rude and even impromptu, since they also give wrong suggestions on procedures and therapies, and do not respect the minimum hygiene standards between shoes, gloves and hygiene of the rooms and cribs. They are only successful agents ... marketing consultants, and I said it all. The drama is that 90% of patients are elderly, and maybe they do not pay attention to certain shortcomings by relying on geeks.

La Sig.ra preposta all'accettazione malgrado mancassero 10 minuti circa alla chiusura nn mi ha fatto nemmono fatto entrare per chiedere informazioni. Fortunatamente nn svolgono un servizio in esclusiva e forse la Sig.ra nn è adatta al lavoro al pubblico. I am glad that they have many customers so much that I am liquidated with 2 words in the garden almost annoyed by my requests for advice. Mi hanno sempre aiutata a stare meglio senza assumere troppi farmaci. La posturale individuale, poi, fatta con una fisioterapista molto professionale è stata la mia salvezza per far "allontanare" l'ernia dal nervo sciatico. Mi trovo benissimo, sia come professionalità che come rapporto umano, Tutti molto gentili. I have been doing therapy with them for many years. I have back problems with lumbar protrusions and hernias. They have always helped me get better without taking too many medications. The individual postural, then, done with a very professional physiotherapist was my salvation to make the hernia "move away" from the sciatic nerve. I feel great, both as a professional and as a human relationship, all very kind.
y	ylenia maimone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che le brutte esperienze e le giornate NO possono capitare a chiunque MA per quanto riguarda la mia PERSONALISSIMA esperienza, posso garantire che questo centro è davvero un'ottima struttura ( sia privata che convezionata ) che funziona benissimo. All'accettazione ( Alessandra, Vania, Giovanni, e altri di cui purtroppo non conosco i nomi ) non ti tengono mai in attesa troppo a lungo( tralasciando periodo covid difficile per tutti ), ti rispondono col massimo rispetto e con la massima disponibilità a tutte le richieste/informazioni! Molto cordiali, efficienti, disponibili e gentili! Per non parlare poi dei fisioterapisti, Caterina ( che mi ha coccolata come una figlia...infinitamente GRAZIE!) Marco, Fabio, Manuela, Patrizia, Rosaria ( scusate se ne ho scordato qualcuno ), il Dr Tubuli, la Dr.ssa Ciotti, molto professionali,qualificati, persone e professionisti splendidi!! Insomma, io mi sono trovata benissimo... Assolutamente consigliato!!! Fermata metro A - ponte lungo ( via albenga,a sx via aqui,a dx via circonvallazione appia, il centro si trova davanti alla chiesa, non ci si può sbagliare. In alternativa, ci sono le linee 87( deviata per chi arriva dai colli albani, bisogna scendere a largo don orione dove c'è anche una fermata della linea 649 ). Se invece, si arriva dal centro con l'87 si può scendere in baccarini/circonv. Appia!!! Vi troverete benissimo!!! Abbiate pazienza e le vostre richieste saranno soddisfatte ( almeno ci proveranno). Grazie di cuore! I state that bad experiences and NO days can happen to anyone BUT as far as my VERY PERSONAL experience is concerned, I can guarantee that this center is really an excellent structure (both private and conventioned) that works very well. Upon acceptance (Alessandra, Vania, Giovanni, and others whose names unfortunately I don't know) they never keep you waiting for too long (leaving out the difficult covid period for everyone), they answer you with the utmost respect and with the utmost availability to all requests / information! Very friendly, efficient, helpful and kind! Not to mention the physiotherapists, Caterina (who pampered me like a daughter ... infinitely THANKS!) Marco, Fabio, Manuela, Patrizia, Rosaria (sorry if I forgot someone), Dr Tubuli, Dr. Ciotti , very professional, skilled, wonderful people and professionals !! In short, I had a great time ... Absolutely recommended !!! Metro stop A - long bridge (via albenga, on the left via aqui, on the right via circonvallazione appia, the center is in front of the church, you can't go wrong. Alternatively, there are lines 87 (diverted for those arriving from the Alban hills, you have to get off at Largo Don Orione where there is also a stop on line 649). If, on the other hand, you arrive from the center with the 87 you can go down in baccarini / circonv. Appia !!! You will have a great time !!! Ci siamo trovati bene entrambi sia per la puntualità, la professionalità e i risultati ottenuti. I have been over time several times in this center for laser therapy applications. Recently my wife also had treatments with tecar therapy. We both enjoyed ourselves both for punctuality, professionalism and the results obtained.

Condivido la mia esperienza negativa per la disorganizzazione, in quanto ho la fisioterapia alle 8, ma entro sempre 8.20-30 perché devo fare la fila per mettere una firma. Non è normale fare mezz'ora di fisioterapia, quando dovrei fare la mia ora. Basterebbe mettere l'orario delle 8.30 o organizzarsi diversamente, anche perché se io devo aprire la farmacia (da farmacista dipendente) alle 8.30, non vado in farmacia alle 8.30,ma alle 8.15 per accendere tutto e dare un SERVIZIO. Come al solito in Italia si ha paura di parlare. Non si va avanti COSÌ. TUTTI FUORI CHE SI LAMENTANO E LA PALADINA DEVO FARLA SEMPRE IO! Almeno parlo in faccia. I share my negative experience due to the disorganization, as I have physiotherapy at 8, but always within 8.20-30 because I have to queue to put a signature.
