I have been a customer of this shop for years and have always had a great time. Staff very kind, helpful, patient and highly qualified. Superb variety and quality of products, there is something for everyone. Fair prices, very welcoming, bright and always very tidy shop. Very short waiting times and crazy customer care. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impareggiabili. In famiglia siamo in 5 e portiamo (purtroppo) TUTTI gli occhiali. Conoscevo gia italian optic da quando ancora era LOB a Curno e mi servivo da loro quando abitavo a Mozzo. Oltre agli occhiali da vista mia moglie e mia figlia prendono le lenti a contatto e gli occhiali da sole ogni 2 per 3. L'ultima volta, appena dopo la Befana, siamo stati in negozio quasi 2 ore e mezza. La ragazza (credo la titolare, molto carina) oltre ad aver fatto la visita (accuratissima) a mia figlia, al momento della scelta della montatura ha tirato fuori mezzo negozio. Giuro, avremo provato 150 montature, non so dove tirano fuori tutta sta pazienza visto che siamo rimasti fino a chiusura. Non ti pressano mai, sempre liberi di ripensarci mille volte e sempre pronti a dare il giusto consiglio, tecnico ed estetico. Ho girato tanto ma il rapporto qualità prezzo che fanno loro non si trova da nessun'altra parte. Se siete fortunati a volte in negozio c'é un simpaticissimo barboncino, é l'unico modo con cui riesco a convincere Riccardo (6 anni) per prendergli gli occhiali nuovi.
Unmatched. There are 5 of us in the family and we (unfortunately) wear ALL glasses. I already knew Italian optic since it was still LOB in Curno and I used them when I lived in Mozzo. In addition to eyeglasses, my wife and daughter take contact lenses and sunglasses every 2 for 3. The last time, just after the Befana, we were in the shop for almost 2 and a half hours. The girl (I think the owner, very nice) in addition to having made the visit (very accurate) to my daughter, at the time of the choice of the frame she pulled out half the shop. I swear, we will have tried 150 frames, I don't know where they come up with all this patience as we stayed until closing. They never press you, always free to think again a thousand times and always ready to give the right advice, technical and aesthetic. I have traveled a lot but the value for money they do is not found anywhere else. If you are lucky sometimes there is a very nice poodle in the shop, it is the only way I can convince Riccardo (6 years old) to get him his new glasses.
