Cura del cliente zero! Mi hanno risposto di andare altrove a fare l’assIcurazione semplicemente perché sarei arrivato 1 ora prima della chiusura. Assurdo
Bad Agency:
Rudeness of employees in answering the phone;
Zero customer care! They told me to go elsewhere to do the assessment simply because I would arrive 1 hour before closing. Absurd
