T	Tommaso Straneo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale volutamente lento,sembra quasi una tattica per dissuadere gli utenti a recarsi presso questo ufficio postale.prendano esempio dai colleghi dell'ufficio postale di CAPACI,:veloci,affabili,efficenti a cominciare dal direttore che nei momenti di bisogno diventa anche sportellista,oltre al fatto che sono operativi fino alle ore 19. Deliberately slow staff, it seems almost a tactic to dissuade users to go to this post office. Take example from the colleagues of the CAPACI post office: fast, affable, efficient starting with the manager who in times of need also becomes a counter salesman, besides to the fact that they are operational until 19.

R	Roberto Volpes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trovo nella mia buca delle lettere un avviso recante SOLTANTO il mio cognome, per ritirare una raccomandata e mi reco all’ufficio Postale. Giungo all’ufficio postale un’ora e dieci minuti prima della chiusura il pubblico in attesa conta una quindicina di persone, gli sportelli aperti sono due. Dopo qualche minuto mi rendo conto della estrema lentezza e svogliatezza delle due impiegate e percepisco il malcontento degli avventori. L’attesa è un continuo confronto tra il tempo che scorre e la poca efficienza del personale. Mezz’ora prima della chiusura la direttrice con affettata e inconcludente finta gentilezza avvisa che alla chiusura i due sportelli effettueranno due ulteriori operazioni ciascuno. Alla chiusura, ore 13:35 restiamo in quattro clienti, tutti con avviso per ritirare raccomandate (per inciso, a Isola delle Femmine il postino spesso non consegna le raccomandate ma mette l’avviso in buca direttamente) ebbene le impiegate si fermano rifiutandosi di consegnare le raccomandate e la direttrice, dimostrando di non avere nessun ascendente direzionale con le sue impiegate, rimangiandosi i finti buoni propositi di disponibilità, ci invita ad uscire dicendo di ritornare. I find in my letterbox a notice bearing ONLY my surname, to pick up a registered letter and I go to the Post office. I arrive at the post office an hour and ten minutes before closing, the waiting public has about fifteen people, there are two open doors. After a few minutes I realize the extreme slowness and listlessness of the two employees and I perceive the discontent of the patrons. The wait is a continuous comparison between the time that passes and the low efficiency of the staff. Half an hour before closing, the manager with sliced and inconclusive fake kindness warns that at closing the two branches will carry out two further operations each. At closing, at 13:35 we remain in four customers, all with notice to collect registered mail (incidentally, in Isola delle Femmine the postman often does not deliver the registered mail but puts the notice in the hole directly) well the employees stop refusing to deliver the registered letters and the manageress, proving that she has no directional influence with her employees, while keeping up the fake good intentions of availability, invites us to go out saying to come back.

Besides that we don't speak or understand Italian we were shouted at not even knowing what for. Bravo Madam, you have represented your country and postal services "beautifully". Horrible experience!!! Shame on you for treating tourists in this way! You don't deserve even that one star which I gave you!
