 Incompetent, they are concerned only with questioning simple requests from the post office rather than doing their job in a minimally professional and useful way. SHAME!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do uno stella perché non posso dare 0 ???Sono appena tornata dal ufficio postale via Paganini e sono stata letteralmente aggredita da una impiegata dal accento siciliano ( scrivo questo perché purtroppo non so il suo nome ) . Prima mi ha urlato incontro che perché no ho sentito quando lei ha chiamato il nr 30, gli ho detto che sono appena arrivata e che sono 31...poi continuava a urlare dicendo che devo aspettare il mio turno fuori insomma quando ha toccato a me ha continuato a gridare e me ne sono andata . Gli farò la denuncia
I give a star because I can't give 0 ???I just got back from the post office via Paganini and I was literally attacked by an employee with a Sicilian accent (I write this because unfortunately I don't know her name). First he yelled at me that why not I heard when she called the number 30, I told him that I have just arrived and that I am 31 ... then he kept screaming saying that I have to wait my turn outside in short when it was my turn she kept screaming and I left. I will make the complaint

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sì hanno orari flessibili a seconda dei clienti; una volta di sabato mi hanno chiuso la porta in faccia alle 11,30. probabilmente però lo stipendio lo prendono intero. E aggiungo che aprono le raccomandate se uno non le ritira subito e le fanno depositare in cassetta come posta normale. Nonché fanno consegnare al postino delle evidenti fotocopie di convocazioni per visite mediche senza nessuna base clinica con un avviso retrodatato. E con degli evidenti errori ortografici che il mittente non può avere fatto. Io mi guarderei bene dal continuare a frequentare l’ufficio.
yes they have flexible hours depending on the customers; once on a Saturday they closed the door in my face at 11.30. probably, however, they take the whole salary. And I add that they open the registered letters if one does not collect them immediately and have them deposited in the mailbox as normal mail. As well as having the postman deliver clear photocopies of medical appointments without any clinical basis with a backdated notice. And with obvious misspellings that the sender may not have made. I would be careful not to continue to attend the office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sold me a prepaid box for €43 to send 3kg overseas. Then they said it was impossibly to send without a fiscal code. Eventually it was sent with a code but returned by customs in Milan because the employee didn't review the paperwork properly. So now my box is stuck in Parma with "poco speranza".
