Mi hanno liquidato con nulla di fatto, sono andato in altro ufficio postale via anconetta Vicenza dove con Gentilezza mi hanno risolto il problema. 5 muniti e tutto è stato risolto. Pessimo personale pessima esicazione. Bad experience for spid. Polite and unprepared staff. After two times I made an appointment. E. They liquidated me with nothing, I went to another post office via anconetta Vicenza where they solved the problem with kindness. 5 armed and everything was sorted out. Bad staff bad exacerbation.

Ho tardato due secondi ad arrivare allo sportello dopo un'attesa di più di mezz'ora e sono stata redarguita perché avrei dovuto essere più sollecita.... Dopo più di mezz'ora di attesa con 4 persone davanti. 4, non 40. E per ritirare una raccomandata per la quale il postino certamente non ha suonato il campanello (tutti a casa quel giorno)! Il cliente conta nulla. Mileage queues, eternal waits even for simple operations, slow and rude staff, not to mention rude. Mai avuto un servizio adeguato, ogni volta lunghe code e un'arrabbiatura sicura nel vedere la lentezza e l'inefficienza del personale. Strano che non ci sia una Direzione Generale che prenda provvedimenti in merito. Fortunately, I only have to use this post office very rarely. Nello specifico questa volta dovevo spedire un pacco in Svizzera che si è bloccato in dogana causa documentazione insufficiente; il risultato è che il pacco non si sa bene dove sia ora, l'ufficio ti risponde in breve che ti devi arrangiare per recuperarlo e i soldi spesi per spedirlo sono persi, oltre a non sapere neanche il motivo per il quale la documentazione non bastava. Questo è il servizio che offrono, la passione che ci mettono nel loro lavoro, le doti relazionali con le persone che si affidano a loro. Il dire che con gli altri corrieri queste cose non succedono non è un luogo comune ma purtroppo la vera realtà dei fatti. Suggerisco alle persone di San pioX di andare nell'ufficio di via 4 Novembre, non saranno perfetti ma lì di solito spedisco senza problemi e il personale è gentile, almeno molto disponibile. B	Beatrice Xodo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovevo effettuare un reso dopo le vacanze natalizie, ho chiesto uno scotch per chiudere il pacchetto che avevo predisposto da casa e mi è stato risposto maleducatamente dalla signora, che non c'era (in un ufficio postale come fa a non esserci uno scotch per i clienti?) è la prima volta che mi capita uno strafalcione del genere in un Poste Italiane. Ci teneva a dirmi che dovevo comprare obbligatoriamente un loro pacco al costo di 5 euro, alla quale ho risposto di NO. Sono andata via dopo 40 minuti di attesa fuori al freddo, perchè non si poteva entrare nella struttura, ne prendere un biglietto se non una volta entrati. Questa persona è dì una maleducazione mai vista, fa polemica per qualsiasi cosa , scorbutica oltre a essere incompetente … (o forse non ha voglia di lavorare ???) Ho preso il mio pacchetto e sono andata all ufficio postale di Bertesinella che in 3 minuti mi hanno fatto rispedire il pacco senza tante polemiche e soprattutto gentilezza !!!! La signora prima di me è stata trattata malissimo e le è stato rifiutato il servizio a meno che non avesse preso un secondo numero per fare la stessa identica operazione ma per il padre disabile. Questo mentre fuori c'era una fila chilometrica di anziani che aspettavano al freddo. Non sanno lavorare, non sanno darsi priorità e gestire le situazioni complicate (invece di cogliere l'occasione di sfoltire la fila rimandi una persona in fila? Non sta né in cielo né in terra). Erano in 3 di cui una stava facendo scartoffie, che si sarebbero potute fare in un secondo momento DOPO aver sfoltito la fila. Una di loro si è perfino messa a resettare la password dell'app poste di una cliente tramite cellulare di lei (che il covid le fa un baffo) mentre la gente aspettava. Ora fate anche assistenza tecnologica? Per mettere un pacco per terra lo hanno semplicemente spinto dal bancone facendolo cadere, spero contenesse solo vestiti perché è caduto storto e la scatola si è sformata. Le persone così vanno licenziate e rieducate al servizio clienti. Se non vogliono lavorare col pubblico che vadano in fabbrica. Vergognatevi. Rude staff, all of them. Incompetent and slow.
