Ciononostante per le questioni da sportello non ho mai avuto problemi; se invece vogliamo parlare di operazioni più importanti, la chiarezza delle operazioni, la precisione nel fare le cose e nel farle bene manca e parecchio. Non voglio entrare nel dettaglio, ma mi sono trovato il conto in rosso e tutti i soldi su un libretto a mio nome chiuso da parecchio tempo ormai... Peccato, il personale è anche gentile ma dovrebbe pensare che stanno maneggiando i soldi delle persone... La dipendete con i capelli bianchi è scortese a dir poco, non ha voglia di lavorare ed è prepotente, come se tutto fosse dovuto e tu, che sei andato all’ufficio postale in cerca di aiuto, (nel mio caso di un pacco perso) sapessi già cosa bisogna fare. Fortunatamente l’altra dipendente è molto educata e volenterosa. I put 1 star because 0 is not possible. Dependent with white hair is rude to say the least, she has no desire to work and is overbearing, as if everything was due and you, who went to the post office looking for help, (in my case a lost package) I already knew what needs to be done. L	Leonardo Perone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Troppo lenti, rispondono con saccenza e in malomodo, farebbero meglio a rivedere il loro comportamento; Sono 50 minuti che aspetto in fila e sono uscite solo 4 persone..... e chiedendo ad ognuna di loro che operazione dovessero fare mi sembrano troppi minuti per delle cose cosi banali..... non tutti gli sportelli sono aperti, e gli unici aperti ci mettono una vita per fare delle operazioni che in altre poste( ahimé troppo lontane per me) basterebbero pochi minuti, non mi sorprende che la media generale non superi le 2 stelle..... Non gliel'hanno dato, hanno voluto un delega scritta a mano, che potrebbe scrivere chiunque e lhanno rimandato a casa sapendo che l'ufficio in breve tempo avrebbe chiuso : il tutto non ha senso!!! Non è possibile che un foglio scritto a mano abbia più affidabilità dei miei documenti d'identità con tanto di screenshot dell'ordine con numero del tracciamento. Ogni volta c'è una scusa o qualche problema, la gente lavora, fa fatica a trovare il tempo di andare in posta specie quando ci sono 30 persone davanti e ognuno perde 25 minuti. Troppo lente, troppi problemi. I sent my husband to pick up a package for me with the tracking number and my documents, because they are unable to go.
