E intanto gli altri col numero aspettano, aspettano.....Vergognoso The operators at the counters make people pass without a reservation !!!!!!!! Un direttore che non è capace a gestire e risolvere i problemi dei clienti. Chiuderò conto, libretto smart, fondi. Le poste sono da rinnovare. An unspeakable post office. G	Giovanni Boasso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' imbarazzante, stamattina su 8 addetti allo sportello 4 senza clienti davanti, fissavano lo schermo della loro postazione di lavoro come inebetiti mentre c'era la gente in attesa. A me è stata rifiutata una spedizione perchè la lettera di vettura non era adeguata alla loro stampante. Preciso che la mia stampa era predeterminata da Amazon con cui le poste hanno una convenzione per la spedizione dei pacchi! Temo che fin quando questi impiegati non troveranno un direttore con gli attributi la situazione potrà solo peggiorare come d'altronde sta accadendo. Utenti se potete vi consiglio di andare a Casalgrasso o Carignano dove gli addetti sono molto più gentili e sbrigativi. Chilometri ben spesi!! It is embarrassing, this morning out of 8 employees at counter 4 without customers in front, they stared at the screen of their workplace as dazed while people were waiting. I was refused a shipment because the waybill was not adequate for their printer. I specify that my print was predetermined by Amazon with which the post offices have an agreement for the shipment of parcels! I fear that until these employees find a director with the attributes, the situation will only worsen as is happening. Sul traking segnano il passaggio ogni giorno stessa ora che in realtà non è mai avvenuto. Has anyone ever managed to communicate by telephone at the post office? 2020 we are light years behind again 2 weeks to receive a shipment that is currently unobtainable. On the traking they mark the passage every same day now that in reality it never happened.

Il problema attuale è invece l'orario,non è assolutamente ammissibile che un ufficio di tale portata chiuda al pomeriggio . Ci sono categorie di persone impossibilitate a recarsi allo sportello con questo orario ristretto , quindi penalizzate . Suggerirei di tornare all'orario precedente il prima possibile grazie . Anche per evitare code e attese interminabili soprattutto ine questo periodo The post office in Carmagnola is strategic and as far as I'm concerned I have no complaints. There are categories of people unable to go to the counter during this restricted hours, therefore penalized. I would suggest returning to the previous time as soon as possible thanks. Also to avoid queues and interminable waits especially in this period
