Great experience. Friendly and helpful staff. Manager with excellent knowledge of investment products. A little sin is the people waiting who snort and complain about everything. But we Italians are like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scortese anche il responsabile, o per lo meno penso lo sia dal fatto che questo signore girava da una postazione all'altra sentendo cosa avveniva agli sportelli. Dalla assistenza Postepay sono stato indirizzato ad un ufficio per aggiornare la mia anagrafica e a Montichiari mi hanno detto che non potevano farlo, inutile chiede per favore tre volte al signore dello sportello che nel frattempo cercava di vendermi una SIM PosteMobile. Dopo aver appurato con l'assistente telefonica Postepay che la procedura va espletata in un sede fisica ho provato a contattare telefonicamente l'ufficio di Montichiari, senza risposta.
Lo stesso giorno sono andato all'ufficio postale di Calvisano e in pochi minuti il personale che si è dimostrato gentile e competente, non solo con me, ma anche con una persona anziana che avevo vicino, ha risolto.
The manager was also rude, or at least I think he is by the fact that this gentleman went from one position to another hearing what was happening at the counters. From the Postepay assistance I was directed to an office to update my personal data and in Montichiari they told me they could not do it, useless please ask three times the gentleman of the counter who in the meantime was trying to sell me a PosteMobile SIM. After having ascertained with the Postepay telephone assistant that the procedure must be carried out in a physical location, I tried to contact the Montichiari office by telephone, without answering.
The same day I went to the post office in Calvisano and in a few minutes the staff who proved to be polite and competent, not only with me, but also with an elderly person close to me, resolved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vi posso confermare che il numero indicato sul sito è costantemente scollegato. Ho inviato mia figlia a prendere un appuntamento le hanno risposto che bisognava prenderlo per telefono(ovviamente quello sul sito). Sono riuscita ad avere per vie traverse un altro numero 030/9665834 mi ha risposto una signora penso del reparto smistamento poste la quale mi diceva di chiamare al numero sopra. Alla fine con la pressione a mille le ho chiesto se erano nello stesso stabile e se per cortesia mi poteva passare una persona. Ho atteso , alla fine è arrivato un signore il quale mi ha detto che il telefono sarà sempre occupato causa varie telefonate. Ho detto che è scollegato, non occupato. Avevo bisogno di un appuntamento per lo SPID. Mi ha detto che dovevo scaricare l'APP UFFICIO POSTALE. L'ho supplicato di darmi per cortesia un appuntmento telefonico. Mi ha detto se potevo passare che mi faceva vedere come fare. Gli ho detto che se faccio tutto questo è perchè mi risulta impossibile passare. Premetto che ho mandato mezz'ora prima la figlia. Ora con l'APP ho preso appuntamento e vi giuro che mi fiondo dentro in 3 secondi. Anzi è mia idea chiedere di parlare col Direttore. So che loro sono messi li e non sanno altro che dire SI o NO , ma è una cosa indecente. Se non fosse che mi serve lo SPID per conto mio le Poste le sputtano più che posso. Vi saluto cordialmente. Attenzione se non mettevo una stellina non potevo confermare.
I can confirm that the number indicated on the site is constantly disconnected. I sent my daughter to make an appointment and they replied that she had to take it by phone (obviously the one on the site). I managed to get another number 030/9665834 by side, I think a lady from the postal sorting department answered me and told me to call the number above. In the end, with a lot of pressure, I asked her if they were in the same building and if a person could pass me by courtesy. I waited, at the end a gentleman arrived who told me that the phone will always be busy due to several phone calls. I said it's disconnected, not busy. I needed a SPID appointment. He told me I had to download the POST OFFICE APP. I begged him to please give me a telephone appointment. He told me if I could come by and showed me how to do it. I told him that if I do all this it is because it is impossible for me to pass. I state that I sent the daughter half an hour earlier. Now with the APP I made an appointment and I swear to you that I will sling in in 3 seconds. Indeed, it is my idea to ask to speak to the Director. I know that they are there and they don't know anything other than to say YES or NO, but that's indecent. If it weren't for the fact that I need the SPID on my own, the Post Office will spit it out as much as I can. Best regards. Attention if I did not put a star I could not confirm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergognosa l' attesa. Operatori innanzi alla loro postazione che "pare" lavorino al terminale senza servire il pubblico.
Coda di oltre un ora.posso capire ma un buon direttore interverrebbe aprendo un altro sportello o avvalendosi del personale disponibile per servire il pubblico, e i lavori a PC possono essere procrastinati. Preciso che non è ora di punta.il direttore esce vede e ignora. Chiedo gentilmente se è possibile l' apertura di uno sportello e la risposta è maleducata e aggressiva.

The wait is shameful. Operators in front of their workstation who "seem" to work at the terminal without serving the public.
Queue of over an hour. I can understand but a good manager would intervene by opening another door or using the staff available to serve the public, and PC jobs can be postponed. I specify that it is not rush hour. The manager goes out sees and ignores. I politely ask if it is possible to open a counter and the answer is rude and aggressive.
