★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo un grave errore da parte dell'operatore che non ha messo il civico il pacco si è fermato fino al 21 dicembre dal 7 dicembre.
Il 22 la conferma di consegna invece ad oggi non c'è stata consegna nonostante i ripetuti solleciti e lamentele accese..
Reputo questo servizio insufficiente e il periodo non c'entra nulla.. è scarsa l'attenzione e Anche se ho riavuto o soldi della spedizione reputo assurda la non possibilità di parlare con chi di dovere ma solo con l'ufficio di Montichiari..
Prima e ultima volta.. vergogna..

Una volta dicono che sono spedite lunedì..un altra volta mercoledì...
Come clicchi per la traccia della spedizione ,ti dice sito inesistente..la traccia della spedizione è arrivata sotto richiesta.
Servizio pessimo, ah dimenticavo passati 9 giorni le piantine ancora non si sono viste..ESPERIENZA NEGATIVA
They don't respond ... delayed shipment, and you can't arrange to drop the whole thing.
Once they say they are shipped Monday ... another time Wednesday ...
As you click for the shipment trace, it tells you site does not exist..the shipment trace has arrived under request.
Bad service, ah I forgot after 9 days the plants have not yet been seen .. NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE
