★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai visto un ufficio postale così pieno di gente incompetente. Hanno sempre problemi con i sistemi o con le procedure. Loro dicono che si blocca tutto. Ma si può attendere un ora per spedire un pacco quando è già arrivato il proprio turno. Ma fate un po' di formazione ai dipendenti... :(
Never seen a post office so full of incompetent people. They always have problems with systems or procedures. They say that everything stops. But you can wait an hour to send a package when it's your turn. But do some employee training ... :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per l’ennesima volta il vostro portalettere ha lasciato un avviso di giacenza senza citofonare. In casa questa mattina erano presenti 3 persone.
Non ho assolutamente intenzione di passare 4 ore attendendo il mio turno in un ufficio dove non è neanche possibile prenotare il ticket. È impensabile dover scrivere a penna in una foglio di carta il mio nome ed attendere il mio turno insieme ad altre 30 persone in un marciapiede largo meno di un metro. Vi chiedo di provvedere nuovamente alla consegna a domicilio o di dirottare là raccomandata presso un ufficio dove sia possibile prenotare il ritiro.
For the umpteenth time, your postman has left a stock notice without intercom. There were 3 people in the house this morning.
I absolutely have no intention of spending 4 hours waiting for my turn in an office where it is not even possible to book the ticket. It is unthinkable to have to write my name in pen on a sheet of paper and wait my turn together with 30 other people in a sidewalk less than a meter wide.
