★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per inviare un pacco sotto in 10 kg internazionale, costo esoso, pagato per la spedizione rapida garantita, una rapina a mano armata di 60 euro senza alcuna garanzia, dipendente poco professionale, garantisce la spedizione per 4/5 giorni lavorativi che dopo 6 giorni lavorativi non è ancora pervenuta, lasciati recapiti telefoni ed email, non ho alcuna informazione su dove sia il mio pacco.
Non invierò alcun pacco, mai più ne da questa azienda, (personale scorbutico e non disponibile per dare una semplice informazione) ne da questo marchio, una vergogna italiana.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrato oggi in questa posta. Il postino brizzolato allo sportello è stato non solo maleducato ma anche irrispettoso. E' intervenuto in una discussione che io stavo avendo pacificamente con un 'altra operatrice rivolgendosi a me come se mi stessi lamentando. Non solo questo appena mi sono girato di spalle ha parlato in dialetto dicendo Chissà chi capiu. Ho fatto finta di ignorare per educazione, ne ho avuta troppa. Ho trovato questa persona molto maleducata e fastidiosa onestamente.
I entered this mail today. The grizzled postman at the counter was not only rude but also disrespectful. He intervened in a discussion that I was having peacefully with another operator addressing me as if I were complaining. Not only this as soon as I turned my back he spoke in dialect saying Who knows who capou. I pretended to ignore out of politeness, I had too much. I found this person very rude and annoying honestly.
