Nonostante essermi prenotato per tempo con il solito bigliettino emesso dalla macchinetta, ed aver fatto regolarmente la fila attendendo di essere chiamato, quando dopo 15 minuti di attesa ho chiesto informazioni il direttore (almeno così pare) si è rifiutato di fornirmi il servizio richiesto. Motivazione = siamo chiusi!!!
Italian disservice !!!
Despite being booked for time with the usual note emitted by the machine, and having regularly made the row waiting to be called, when after 15 minutes of waiting I asked for information the manager (at least so it seems) refused to provide me with the requested service. Justification = We are closed !!!
