Nonostante fosse pieno di persone su 4 impiegate allo sportello una stava saltuariamente al banco le altre dietro a bere il caffè e chiacchierare. Un 'ora per un pagamento..... sarà anche l'ora di punta....ma aprite uno sportello in più o limitatevi a inviare lettere..... In questo posto pubblico ci sono 2 signore che a quanto pare sono li da troppo, forse anche prima della costruzione del edificio. Io non metto in dubbio la loro esperienza ma ogni volta e una storia di Amleto la dentro. Le signore sono scortesi, menefreghiste, strafottenti, maleducate, ecc. Io dico, se siete stanche di fare un lavoro pubblico lasciate, andate a casa in pensione ad accudire il gatto o il cane. Ce gente che aspetta un posto come il vostra da troppo. In fine siete la vergogna dei lavoratori e purtroppo noi cittadini dobbiamo dipendere da voi. Oggi ho avuto un'esperienza a dir poco ibarazzante e chiedendo un'informazione educatatamente (per via del dispositivo ritiro numero di attesa che non funzionava)mi son sentito dire dalla sigora allo soprtello" se pegio dei boci g'avente da far le maestre dell'asilo"cara la mia maleducata signora...il minimo che una persona si aspetti quando entra in un ufficio pubblico è quantomeno trovare una persona educata e disponibile, e se non siete in grado di gestire un piccolo disguido non dovete scaricare la vostra frustrazione sul cliente che accede allo sportello e contribuisce a farti prendere lo stipendio a fine mese. Ho perso del tempo per mè prezioso per fare questa recensione ma mi auguro che facciano lo stesso anche le altre persone che assistevano alla sceneggiata e mi sostenevavano dicendomi di portare pazienza. Spero che quese recensioni vengano lette dai responsabili del servizio poste italiane e che venga raccomandato al personale di essere educato disponibile e cortese. Credo sia il minimo che una persona possa aspettarsi. This is my first time reviewing a post office. Too bad you can't review with less than one star. Today I had an experience that was nothing short of barbaric and politely asking for information (due to the device for withdrawing the waiting number that did not work) I heard from the lady at the soprtello "se pegio dei boci g'avente da do le maestre dell 'asylum' dear my rude lady ... the least that a person expects when entering a public office is at least to find a polite and helpful person, and if you are not able to handle a small misunderstanding you must not release your frustration on the customer who accesses the counter and helps you get your salary at the end of the month. I hope these reviews are read by the Italian post office managers and that staff are recommended to be polite, helpful and courteous. I think it's the least a person can expect.
