E	Ervisa Micukaj on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alcuni dipendenti sono molto scortesi, poco disponibili alla gestione ed al supporto del cliente, quando fai qualche domanda in più tendono a non risponderti o fanno finta di non averti ascoltato passando al numero successivo. Addirittura saltano numeri su numeri, senza nemmeno chiamarli, si presuppone che un numero debba essere fatto lampeggiare almeno 3 volte, visto che non viene pronunciato da nessun microfono e se la persona è presa alla compilazione o è leggermente distratto debba perdersi il suo turno dopo aver aspettato un’ora per la frettolosità della gestione. Altrimenti decidete di non fare front Office e chiudete gli sportelli se questa è la gestione. S	Sir Joe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In questo Ufficio Postale mi è stato detto, testualmente, che “i cittadini stranieri non possono avere lo SPID, perché non hanno necessità di avere rapporti con la pubblica amministrazione”. Chissà perché i milioni di lavoratori stranieri (non cittadini italiani né europei) che lavorano in Italia lo SPID ce l’hanno. Agghiacciante In this post office I was told, verbatim, that "foreign citizens cannot have SPID, because they do not need to have relations with the public administration". Who knows why the millions of foreign workers (not Italian or European citizens) who work in Italy have SPID. Chilling

Un disagio che colpisce gli utenti e gli operatori, che devono destreggiarsi nell'abisso della pochezza di Poste Italiane

O	Onorio Cuccu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per 3 mesi mi hanno fatto diventare matto... mi hanno combinato un casino di quelli veramente grossi...attivata una Posta elettronica Pay che non mi è mai arrivata e io dovevo attivare la nuova Posta Pay Evolution e la Posta Centrale di Trento non era in grado di attivare la nuova Posta Pay che mi serviva... bene per tre...3...mesi e mezzo ho dovuto sentire una marea di stronzate stavo andando fuori di testa perché lì ci va acreditata la mia pensione di inabilità hai capito... già e finalmente... magicamente il 13 di aprile presso un piccolo studio all'interno della posta Centrale di Trento... tutto si è risolto in pochi minuti... ma mi è sembrato che già fosse tutto preparato... insomma tre mesi e mezzo di battaglie di stress di tutto e di Più.... Hai Capito che casino hanno combinato quelli della Posta Centrale di Trento... Veramente Incompetenti già questo è ciò che mi hanno dimostrato... M	Mate on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo meno di una stella non si può dare, su 7 sportelli utilizzabili ne sono attivi soltanto 3, servizio inadeguato lentezza biblica nel svolgere le operazioni allo sportello e operatori vicini al limite della demenza. Nella fattispecie un operatore (maschio) si rifiuta ciclicamente di farmi inviare "pacchi piego libri", cosa che faccio regolarmente da 15 anni...ulteriori commenti mi sembrano del tutto inutili.
