★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ufficio postale che non funziona e non ha la minima attenzione per l'utente nonostante errori interni commessi dagli operatori.
In particolare mi hanno negato un ritiro di un pacco in raccomandata nel primo giorno utile per il ritiro descritto nell'avviso di giacenza lasciatomi, solo perché sbagliato dall'operatore che ha scritto il predetto avviso. Al giorno d'oggi è impensabile una cosa del genere. Poste italiane si rivela ancora una volta troppo obsoleta e irrispettosa rispetto ad altri soggetti che operano nel settore. Mi auguro possa arrivare presto "il concorrente" che spazzerà via Poste Italiane e i suoi dipendenti troppo sicuri delle posizioni ricoperte, senza avere alcun interesse ad accogliere, rispettare e risolvere le problematiche dell'utenza.

In particular, they denied me a collection of a parcel by registered mail on the first day for the collection described in the storage notice left me, only because it was wrong by the operator who wrote the aforementioned notice. Such a thing is unthinkable nowadays. Poste Italiane proves once again to be too obsolete and disrespectful with respect to other subjects operating in the sector. I hope that "the competitor" will arrive soon and will sweep away Poste Italiane and its employees who are too sure of their positions, without having any interest in welcoming, respecting and solving the problems of users.
