★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piccolo ufficio sulla strada Noalese con comodo parcheggio davanti e sul retro. Pulito e ben attrezzato. Un po' lento nelle operazioni il personale quindi meglio dotarsi di pazienza. Gentili comunque con il pubblico.
Small office on the Noalese street with convenient parking in front and in the back. Clean and well equipped. The staff are a bit slow in operations, so better be patient. Kind to the public anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suggerirei di tenere la porta principale aperta per far arieggiare l ambiente per l utenza che già risulta piccolo e sempre saturo.
Nonostante la presenza di finestre elettriche sopra l infisso d' ingresso principale, le stesse risultano sempre chiuse.
A dimenticavo.... È vietato in questo ufficio ritirare il biglietto per la prenotazione prima di entrare... ????ROMA ALTRIMENTI SA TROPPO
I would suggest keeping the main door open to ventilate the room for the user that is already small and always saturated.
Despite the presence of electric windows above the main entrance frame, they are always closed.
A forgot .... It is forbidden in this office to collect the ticket for booking before entering ... ????ROMA OTHERWISE SA TOO

La direttrice dell'ufficio non è in grado di svolgere le più basilari mansioni, facendo perdere tempo inutilmente in giri di telefonate e passaparola vari. Spero avvenga presto la digitalizzazione totale e renda inutile recarsi presso questo tipo di istituzione. Assolutamente sconsigliato avere rapporti con queste persone.
This is the place if you are looking for incompetent and rude staff. The director of the office is unable to carry out the most basic tasks, wasting time unnecessarily in rounds of phone calls and various word of mouth. I hope total digitization will take place soon and make it unnecessary to go to this type of institution. It is absolutely not recommended to have relations with these people.
