★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had to cross the strait from mainland Italy to the island of Sicily. The train is loaded onto the ferry for the water crossing, while you drink soda and have some chips on the deck above. We’ve never experienced anything like this before

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid gnv palermo . They ripped my pockets and rescheduled my tickets completely. They believed booking. Com online option it's not an option for them . They still behind and charge triple the amount . Iam still trapped abroad and willing to ask for refund ASAP. Not impressed at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s been a pleasurable ride. Facilities are clean, we had a nice shower and a dinner under the stars (our own). It still is a ferry and not a luxury cruiser but it’s well worth the money. Bit confusing at first but you quickly find your way in the port.
