k	kathrin gerlach on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es ist unglaublich. Wir möchten mit dem Schiff von Palermo nach Genua fahren. Abfahrt sollte 23.00 Uhr sein. Es wurde auf 00.15 Uhr verschoben. Jetzt ist es 1.28 Uhr und wir sind noch immer nicht auf der Fähre. Es stehen noch sehr viele Autos in der Schlange. Ich schätze, es dauert noch 1-2 Stunden. Das ist untragbar. It's incredible. We would like to take the ship from Palermo to Genoa. Departure should be 11 p.m. It was postponed to 12:15 a.m. It's 1:28 a.m. and we are still not on the ferry. There are still a lot of cars in line. I guess it'll be another 1-2 hours. That is intolerable.

Da Palermo l'auto a GPL me l'hanno fatta sistemare al ponte B dicendomi soltanto di "passarla a benzina". Le camere sono decenti e il personale di bordo molto cordiale e disponibile Old ferries and approximate cleaning of the premises ... P	Pierre Lattuca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza deludente, nella sala poltrone (9.1) pioveva, i bagni senza sapone ne carta igienica e sporchi, solo 3 bar con delle file lunghissime con i barman lentissimi, ristorante self service: cibo mediocre con prezzi alti. Nessun controllo nei bar tutti i tavoli presi da persone che non consumavano ed io e mia moglie abbiamo dovuto consumare la colazione (quasi 1 ora di fila in piedi per essere serviti) in corridoio che per di più era vietato. Disappointing experience, in the lounge chairs (9.1) it was raining, the bathrooms without soap or toilet paper and dirty, only 3 bars with very long lines with very slow bartenders, self service restaurant: mediocre food with high prices. No control in the bars all the tables taken by people who did not consume and my wife and I had to have breakfast (almost 1 hour standing in line to be served) in the corridor which was forbidden.

È una tratta prettamente commerciale, non è tollerabile partire con 3 ore di ritardo. Il tutto giustificato da "traffico portuale". Peccato che ho chiesto ad un paio di marinai ed è così tutte le settimane, quindi se è usuale questo orario ditelo subito così anche il cliente si regola di conseguenza e non prende appuntamento di consegna merce che poi non riesce a rispettare. Per il resto la nave non è in buonissime condizioni, abbastanza vetusta, il personale è gentile, il self service ha cibo fresco, le informazioni vengono date chiaramente, la cabina ed il bagno mediamente puliti. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the Naples / Palermo route of 30 September 2021. It is a purely commercial route, leaving 3 hours late is not tolerable. All justified by "port traffic". Too bad that I asked a couple of sailors and it is like this every week, so if it is usual this time, say it immediately so the customer also adjusts accordingly and does not make an appointment for delivery of goods which he then fails to respect. For the rest the ship is not in very good condition, quite old, the staff is polite, the self service has fresh food, the information is clearly given, the cabin and the bathroom on average clean.
N	Nik Magic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo servizio tratta Pa/Ge, buona organizzazione imbarco/sbarco, ottime misure di sicurezza anti Covid, pochissime le persone a bordo, forse poco oltre il centinaio, quindi distanze pienamente rispettate, anche al self service. Molto carina la cabina interna, essenziale e abbastanza pulita, i vecchi materassi a molla però li eviterei... Servizio bar lento, non a causa del volenteroso barista, ma per via di una cassa/computer datati e poco funzionali. Prezzo nella norma se solo con poltrona, lievita di circa 100 € per la cabina, un pò troppo secondo il mio parere. Comunque, a conti fatti, consiglierei di provare questa tratta almeno una volta. La vista di alcune isole, la tranquillità del mare blu (quando é poco mosso), il soave dondolare a bordo, cose che mi fanno viaggiare con piacere! Excellent service is Pa / Ge, good organization of boarding / disembarking, excellent security measures against Covid, very few people on board, perhaps just over a hundred, therefore distances fully respected, even at self service. The inside cabin is very nice, basic and quite clean, the old spring mattresses but I would avoid them ... Slow bar service, not because of the willing bartender, but because of an outdated and not very functional cash desk / computer. Normal price if only with armchair, it rises by about € 100 for the cabin, a little too much in my opinion. Anyway, on balance, I would recommend trying this one at least once. The view of some islands, the tranquility of the blue sea (when it is not very rough), the gentle rocking on board, things that make me travel with pleasure!
F	Frans Donders on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ niet veel soeps, organisatie is slechter dan de schepen ( uit 1999). niet boeken via ferrysavers want dan blijkt de boeking ( reeds betaald ) ineens niet te bestaan. mag je even een nieuwe ticket (€400) kopen not much, organization is worse than the ships (from 1999). do not book through ferrysavers because then the booking (already paid) suddenly appears not to exist. can you buy a new ticket (€400)
V	Vita Marano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La suite era pulitissima e il bagno in ordine e igienizzato. Il personale molto disponibile e professionale. Esperienza già fatta in passato, ma da fare più spesso. Grazie per averci fatto viaggiare bene, anche se il mare era molto mosso. The suite was spotless and the bathroom tidy and sanitized. The staff were very helpful and professional. Experience already done in the past, but to do more often. Thank you for making us travel well, even though the sea was very rough.
C	Chris Fairman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 13 euros for two slices of cheese and 2 slices of salami. Room is okay for 1999. Staff speak no english, that's expected for Italy. Organisation in the port does not exist, even the layout is chaotic. Ship internet speed is dial up grade, just missing the tone really. EU is trash.
