★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "We viewed two properties with Sandra after several trips to Italy in search of a second home. The first house didn’t quite meet our requirements (although lovely); the second was to become our new Italian home.
The house felt right from the moment we walked in and it seemed to choose us as much as we chose it. Alessandro, the owner, made us feel very welcome and even let us stay in the house on our next visit (he even had food in the fridge and the fire lit for us on arrival – so thoughtful).
Sandra and Alberto have been amazing throughout the purchase of the house and beyond. Because we don’t speak Italian (yet!), Sandra has dealt with everything on our behalf from sorting a bank account to insurance for the house, arranging the delivery of gas, meetings with the architects, etc, etc – even a vet’s appointment for our dog! The list goes on… Even whilst heavily pregnant and shortly after Naima’s birth, she continued to keep in touch via email and carried on organising everything on our behalf. We cannot fault the way she has dealt with things for us and Alberto has been brilliant too, giving us advice from an architect’s point of view and generally being a nice guy! We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Italian Luxury Asset to anyone wishing to realise their dream of owning a house in Italy."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sandra has been great with the entire process from understanding our requirements and motivation for buying the property right through to completion and beyond. Given the distance, her communication and clarity in providing information has been second to none. She was able to quickly understand what we were looking for and show appropriate properties showing consideration of the distance and limited time we had when visiting Italy. She has the right connections in the industry to help provide support across various levels including restoration works, gardening, property management etc yet remains neutral and balanced in her view. She has provided timely and well researched responses to our queries instilling confidence and trust in us as first time remote buyers. Even beyond this, she has helped with transport and booking accommodation to ensure our time is maximised and our stay is pleasant and comfortable. We have been so so pleased with the support which continues beyond the completion of the sale and the entire process in general. We really have found a dream purchase in the heart of Tuscany and can’t wait to enjoy it!
