Almeno non dite le date di consegna se nemmeno voi sapete quanto ci vuole! Spendiamo 400 euro in una mattinata. Appena ritirati l'occhiale da sole aveva una lente scheggiata, partiamo male. Dopo 20 giorni di ferie la montatura dell'occhiale da vista a loro S~marca si era tutta sverniciata e le lenti , antigraffio e antiriflesso, a puntini bucherellati. Importabili, da cambiare. Lente scheggiata e montatura sverniciata sostituite in garanzia, le lenti no. Praticamente l'occhiale è da buttare, importabile e quello che costa rifare le lenti rifaccio tutto l'occhiale nuovo. Pagato 200 euro due occhiali di plasticaccia che cigolano quando muovi le asticelle e che ne valgono 5 dal vu cu mprà per strada, 200 euro quindi pagati praticamente solo per le lenti e che sono da buttare dopo 20 giorni. A detta della ragazza che mi ha servito, a loro costano 10 euro le lenti, sarebbero stati più eleganti a cambiarle e non avrebbero perso un cliente. Pessima esperienza. Sconsiglio vivamente. I prezzi ovviamente si equivalgono e alla fine si può risparmiare giusto qualche euro. Figuriamoci quando sulla stessa via ci trovi la stessa catena di negozi con gli stessi prezzi! Mi ero già fatto fare un preventivo in un altro negozio. Ma senza una vera ragione mi sono fermato anche qui per verificare se i prezzi coincidessero. Sono stato accolto da due ragazzi (Brunella e Cristiano) davvero molto preparati. Contrariamente alle persone incontrate nell'altro negozio (assai superficiali e sbrigativi) si sono dedicati a me, spiegandomi dettagliatamente cosa mi avrebbero potuto offrire e a che prezzo. Mi hanno consigliato e mi hanno evitato di spendere inutilmente soldi per un prodotto sostanzialmente inutile (spiegandomene, ovviamente, il motivo). Ebbene...alla fine ho preferito non continuare a fare altri preventivi. Mi sono sentito tutelato. Non lo so se alla fine ho speso di più o di meno, ma sicuramente la loro professionalità, la loro simpatia e la loro correttezza stasera ha fatto davvero la differenza. Da oggi sono loro cliente! Ho fatto lenti progressive (che usavo giá da diversi anni). Appena consegnati ho trovato subito dei problemi ma mi hanno detto che dovevo abituarmi visto che non le usavo da eue mesi. Sono tornata dopo qualche giorno perchè vedevo sfocato sulla parte bassa. Unica cosa che hanno detto è che era un problema dei miei occhi, non hanno per niente valutato che potevano essere state fatte male le lenti. Poichè avevo fatto l assicurazione, dapprima mi hanno detto che avrei potuto fare 2 paia di occhiali ( uno da lontano e uno da vicino) senza alcuna spesa. Quando ho chiamato per sapere se erano pronti mi hanno comunicato che avrei dovuto pagare la seconda montatura....complimenti..siete proprio molto affidabili. Bad experience.
