★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarebbe dovuto venire un tecnico oggi per l'allaccio del gas e non si è mai presentato nessuno, e hanno pure dichiarato all'enel che a casa non c'era nessuno quando invece eravamo IN QUATTRO AD ASPETTARE e non hanno neanche lasciato un biglietto, quindi significa che qui non è MAI venuto nessuno. VERGOGNOSI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'autorità dovrebbe indagare sugli operatori che fanno abuso di potere.
Gli operatori di italgas, pagati per togliere i sigilli per l'apertura dei contatori, non si presentano o annullano gli appuntamenti spingendo i clienti alla società di vendita Eni. Nel mercato libero il distributore dovrebbe essere neutrale e fare il loro lavoro per cui vengono pagati.
Il garante dovrebbe intervenire per tutela il cliente e garantire il corretto funzionamento del mercato.
