Mio zio ha preso in affitto una casa io giorno 17/11/2020, con la caldaia rotta dal primo giorno che sono entrati, glielo abbiamo comunicato dal primo giorno e l’agenzia pretende che le spese per la riparazione/sostituzione (€1.000 di caldaia) siano addebitati agli inquilini in quanto “manutenzioni ordinarie”. Ad oggi 11/12/2020 non hanno ancora risolto nulla nonostante le continue lamentele. Non hanno neanche avuto la decenza di dare una mano di pittura prima che entrassimo. Però si sono presi una mensilità, due mesi di caparra e il mese corrente. A Cisterna di Latina c’è sicuramente di meglio! Maleducati e strafottenti! Una stella è anche troppo, state alla larga per carità! Bad experience, don't rely on this agency! They are scammers. My uncle rented a house on 11/17/2020, with the boiler broken from the first day they entered, we communicated it to him from the first day and the agency demands that the costs for the repair / replacement (€ 1.000 of boiler) are charged to the tenants as "ordinary maintenance". To date 11/12/2020 they have not solved anything yet despite the constant complaints. They didn't even have the decency to give a coat of paint before we entered. But they took a month's wages, a two-month deposit and the current month. There is certainly better in Cisterna di Latina! Rude and arrogant! One star is too much, stay away for heaven's sake!
