Il sito è veramente poco chiaro, dovete scoprire se il pezzo è disponibile o no (io purftroppo non lo avevo capito), altrimenti rischiate di vivere la mia esperienza. Tempi di consegna indicati 11 giorni salvo problemi, ce ne sono voluti 34...servizio assistenza per niente professionale. Contattati 2 volte ho ricevuto una sola risposta, che indicava consegna per i primi di febbraio...al 26° giorno li ho chiamati per sapere dove fosse il pacco, non hanno saputo darmi indicazioni precise ed ho chiesto come fare per essere rimborsato, mi è stato detto "faccia una mail di richiesta"...mail fatta e mi sono visto rispondere che chi risponde al telefono non può dare queste indicazioni, mettendo in dubbio ciò che dicevo, e mi hanno detto che i cavi sarebbero arrivati questa settimana (ma l'operatore al telefono non lo sapeva...). Io credo che se non si hanno disponibili, i ricambi non andrebbero venduti, proprio per evitare queste situazioni che possono creare grandi disagi a chi compra...
 First and last purchase with them. I bought and paid on January 19th, goods arrived today 23/02. The site is really unclear, you have to find out if the piece is available or not (unfortunately I didn't understand it), otherwise you risk living my experience. Delivery times indicated 11 days except for problems, it took 34 ... assistance service not at all professional.
