Dopo aver avuto un'esperienza negativa con Donato l'agente, mi sono riaffidata a loro ma ho fatto male. Si dimenticano di mandare i preventivi, li mandano a distanza di giorni dopo averli sollecitati, prendono soldi in anticipo e poi cambiano le cose che si erano dette lasciandoti nella m... tirando le cose a loro favore (volendo soldi) se si vuole risolvere la situazione. Mai più mi affiderò a voi e inizierò a parlare male di voi con tutti i titolari della zona dove ho i locali e non solo.
Unable to work. First they say things to make you buy from them then they change everything. After having had a negative experience with Donato the agent, I relied on them but I hurt. They forget to send the quotes, send them after days of soliciting them, take money in advance and then change the things they said by leaving you in the m ... pulling things in their favor (wanting money) if you want to solve the situation. Never again will I rely on you and start talking badly about you with all the owners of the area where I have the premises and not only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Provando ad analizzare le componenti della recensione precedente rimango abbastanza allibito e non riesco a capire cosa ci sia dietro a questo evidente getto di veleno, a mio avviso del tutto infondato. Noi siamo clienti loro da anni, fornendoci con quasi tutta la loro gamma di prodotti e non abbiamo mai avuto nessun problema, anzi siamo più che sodisfatti. Quindi la mia conclusione è : anni fa invece di screditare pubblicamente, ci si parlava di persona ed eravamo anche più coerenti. Comunque noi ci siamo sempre trovati bene con loro.

Trying to analyze the components of the previous review, I am quite amazed and I cannot understand what lies behind this evident jet of poison, which in my opinion is completely unfounded. We have been their customers for years, supplying us with almost all their product range and we have never had any problems, rather we are more than satisfied. So my conclusion is: years ago instead of publicly discrediting, we talked to each other in person and we were also more consistent. However, we have always had a good time with them.
