O	Omar Gazzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato all'istituto Tartarini per problemi lombari, mi sono trovato benissimo sia per quel che riguarda la visita fisiatrica sia per le successive sedute di fisioterapia. Il personale con cui ho avuto a che fare e' molto competente e gentile. I went to the Tartarini institute for lumbar problems, I found myself very well both with regard to the physiatric examination and for the subsequent physiotherapy sessions. The staff I have dealt with are very knowledgeable and kind.

c	claudia costa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MAI PIU' DOVREBBERO VERGOGNARSI Mia madre (91 anni) si è presentata stamattina perchè doveva fare della roentgenterapia prenotata (a pagamento no ticket) quasi 15 giorni fa. Ci è stato detto che la macchina si è guastata (nb la settimana scorsa) e non hanno fatto in tempo ad avvisare tutti. Io avevo dato loro il mio numero di cellulare e sono reperibile h24, possibile che non siano stati in grado di fare una telefonata per avvisare. Sono stata costretta a prendere una giornata di ferie, un taxi per accompagnarla perchè era la prima volta e non sapeva dove andare e a Sestri la macchina è off limits non sai mai dove parcheggiare, lei si è alzata alla 6,30 del mattino, e, non si sono neppure scusati: Forse sarebbe meglio assumessero del personale (impossibile una sola persona alla reception e per giunta a mio avviso poco competente) NEVER AGAIN SHOULD THEY BE ASHAMED My mother (91 years old) showed up this morning because she had to do some roent therapy booked (no ticket fee) almost 15 days ago. We were told that the car broke down (nb last week) and they didn't have time to notify everyone. I had given them my mobile number and I am available 24 hours a day, it is possible that they have not been able to make a phone call to notify. I was forced to take a day off, a taxi to accompany her because it was the first time and she did not know where to go and in Sestri the car is off limits you never know where to park, she got up at 6.30 in the morning, and, they did not even apologize: Perhaps it would be better to hire staff (impossible one person at the reception and moreover in my opinion not very competent)

A partire dall'accoglienza che accoglienza non è per niente, a proseguire con l'organizzazione degli appuntamenti che non vengono rispettati per non parlare della pulizia dei locali dove si svolge la fisioterapia...almeno li imbiancassero! Idem per i bagni. Peccato davvero perché la fisioterapista a cui ero assegnata, Sig.ra Simona, è una professionista seria e molto attenta al paziente facendosi in quattro per rispettare gli appuntamenti. La vedevo ogni giorno saltare come una cavalletta tra il camerino della fisiotetapia e i corridoi dei macchinari per farci evitare attese. Negative! Starting from the reception that is not welcome at all, to continue with the organization of appointments that are not respected, not to mention the cleanliness of the premises where physiotherapy takes place ... at least they will whiten them! Ditto for the bathrooms. Too bad because the physiotherapist to whom I was assigned, Mrs. Simona, is a serious professional and very attentive to the patient, bending over backwards to meet the appointments. I saw her jump every day like a grasshopper between the physiotherapy room and the machine corridors to avoid us waiting.
L	L' Artefatto Esoterico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Istituto pessimo, ci hanno consigliato una terapia totalmente inutile per la tallonite. Inoltre, finché siamo andati a pagamento l' appuntamento ce lo hanno dato subito, quando siamo andati con la richiesta del medico magicamente non c'era più posto e c'è stato impedito di prendere un nuovo appuntamento. Poco serio. Bad institute, they recommended a totally useless therapy for heelonitis. Furthermore, as long as we paid the appointment, they gave it to us immediately, when we went with the doctor's request, there was magically no place and we were prevented from making a new appointment. Not very serious.

Recentemente ho svolto una visita specialistica in convenzione con la mia assicurazione sanitaria e mi sono trovato molto bene. La struttura si presenta come piuttosto moderna e il personale è cortese e professionale. Sperando di non averne troppo bisogno, la consiglio. Private institute located in the central area of Sestri Ponente and reachable on foot through via Sestri. I recently had a specialist visit in agreement with my health insurance and I found myself very well. The property looks rather modern and the staff are courteous and professional. Hoping not to need it too much, I recommend it.
F	Francesco Buonaiuto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho recentemente avuto il piacere di fare la conoscenza di un Tecnico, fuori del comune, presso l'Istituto Tartarini di Genova Sestri Ponente, in occasione di un ECG di Holter: l'eccellenza per professionalità, umanità e gentilezza. In caso di necessità vi tornerò molto volentieri, anche se, per un ottantunenne come me, non è molto comodo tra bus, treno e percorsi a piedi. Grazie, per avermi fatto sentire come a casa, fra amici. I recently had the pleasure of meeting a technician, out of the ordinary, at the Tartarini Institute in Genoa Sestri Ponente, on the occasion of a Holter ECG: excellence for professionalism, humanity and kindness. In case of need I will come back very willingly, even if, for an 81 year old like me, it is not very convenient between bus, train and walking routes. Thank you, for making me feel at home, among friends.
N	Nontelo Dico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentili al bancone, chiedono xò tampone base (farmacia) a seconda del tipo di esame da dover fare. Ambiente molto pulito e confortevole, unica nota negativa la scala molto ripida... per persone anziane non è assolutamente agevole (non so se hanno un ingresso facilitato per anziani e x soggetti con problemi di deambulazione). Per chi si reca in auto, difficoltà nel trovare parcheggio anche a pagamento, Sestri Ponente è così. Metto 4 stelle ma il mio voto è 3* e 1/2 per la scala molto ripida, xchè 2 soli sportelli per pagare sono pochi e xchè a mio avviso gli istituti medici non sono tenuti a chiedere di esibire green pass o tampone. Cmq il mio giudizio resta più che positivo. Lo consiglio. Dear at the counter, they ask for xò basic swab (pharmacy) depending on the type of examination to be done. Very clean and comfortable environment, the only negative note is the very steep staircase ... for elderly people it is absolutely not easy (I don't know if they have an easy entry for the elderly and for people with walking problems). For those traveling by car, difficulties in finding parking even for a fee, Sestri Ponente is like this. I put 4 stars but my rating is 3 * and 1/2 for the very steep staircase, because only 2 branches to pay are few and because in my opinion medical institutes are not required to ask to show green pass or tampon. Anyway my opinion remains more than positive. I advise.
