★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella struttura ed avveniristico poliambulatorio. Ma questo da solo non basta se l'organizzazione interna lascia a desiderare. 2 giorni per il referto di una radiografia, senza alcun esito interlocutorio, neppure verbale, non sono degni neppure di una struttura pubblica figurarsi di un moderno studio privato. La refertazione on-line riesce ad essere ancora più lenta.
Beautiful structure and futuristic outpatient clinic. But this alone is not enough if the internal organization leaves something to be desired. 2 days for the report of an x-ray, without any interlocutory outcome, not even verbal, are not worthy even of a public structure let alone a modern private practice. Online reporting manages to be even slower.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver fatto 100km un giorno di lavoro perso ...posto fuori dal mondo ..disguido col numero verde che mi dice di avere appuntamento alle 9 arrivi alle 8/30 per sentirmi dire siete in ritardo ..non si può fare ...ma vergognatevi in qualsiasi posto c'è elasticità ...confermo tutte le recensioni negative .... VERGOGNA......mi viene risposto che rimandano la risonanza per rispetto agli altri pazienti ...ma nessuno ha detto di voler passare subito ...avrei aspettato anche ore ....ma soprattutto..si rendono conto che non vendono caramelle.... né tanto meno fanno da estetiste...ma degli esami IMPORTANTI....risonanza alla testa ..sanno con quale stato d'animo uno va a farsi questi esami ???

Sono venuta da Bagheria ma ne è valsa la pena. Tutto ha funzionato perfettamente, subito dopo la risonanza mi hanno dato il dischetto e potrò ritirare il referto online. Grazie di cuore
I was very surprised by the seriousness, friendliness and competence of all the staff. A special thanks goes to Dr. Biondo who constantly asked me if everything was going well. I came from Bagheria but it was worth it. Everything worked perfectly, immediately after the MRI they gave me the disk and I can collect the report online. Thank you so much

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condivido la mia esperienza (pessima ): prenoto una lastra a pagamento alla schiena ,mi dicono che l'importo da pagare è di 30 euro. Accompagno il ragazzino, minorenne, non gli fanno togliere le scarpe. Prendo il referto e la lastra e pago 70 euro, non 30. Leggo il referto e nella scheda tecnica scrivono che la lastra è stata fatta con rialzo,chiamo l'ortopedico : la lastra non deve essere fatta con le scarpe. Prenoto un ulteriore lastra, confermano l'appuntamento tramite messaggi, mi informano sempre per messaggi che il costo della prestazione è di 30 euro. Porto nuovamente il ragazzino ma pago nuovamente 70 euro. Richiedo copia di lastra tramite dischetto, priva di referto,pago ulteriori 3 euro. Scorretti e poca serietà. Non metterò più piede
