Impiegano molte energie a livello di classe, per favorire un' interazione sana e rispettosa tra gli alunni. Per me è stata un grande famiglia e lo è tutt'ora che ho 22 anni in cui sentirsi accolti e apprezzati. Quando andavo a scuola era come entrare in una seconda casa, le insegnanti delle elementari e docenti delle medie erano molto attenti al singolo studente, ricercavano il dialogo, non giudicavano mai la persona in base al risultato scolastico. Anche dal punto di vista dell' insegnamento ho incontrato dei docenti che hanno sempre saputo ex-ducere il meglio, anche di fronte ad ostacoli che sembravano insuperabili.
