★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Preistoria. Per avere l'esito di una RM devo attendere 1 settimana, perchè non c'è medico presso la struttura che possa leggere il referto. Non esiste un sito sul quale posso consultare il referto: devo ritirarlo a mano. Altrimenti, 7 Euro per farmelo spedire a casa. Do 2 stelle (e non una) solo perchè il personale per l'accettazione è molto cortese.
Prehistory. To have the result of an MRI I have to wait 1 week, because there is no doctor at the facility who can read the report. There is no site on which I can consult the report: I have to collect it by hand. Otherwise, 7 Euros to have it sent home. I give 2 stars (and not one) just because the check-in staff is very courteous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata per una eco addominale fissata con unisalute, il mio medico curante ha scordato di lasciarmi la richiesta. Ero li per le 16 e alle 16.30 il medico mi avrebbe lasciato la ricetta. Avevo comunque la prenotazione e il pagamento pronto da fare, potevano farla e subito dopo consegnavo il tutto. Negativo. In sintesi ho dovuto annullare per mancanza di flessibilità totale, rimettendoci mezza giornata di lavoro. Grazie lo stesso, di certo hanno perso una cliente.
I went for an abdominal echo fixed with unisalute, my attending physician forgot to leave me the request. I was there at 4 pm and at 4.30 pm the doctor would leave me the prescription. However, I had the reservation and payment ready to be made, they could do it and immediately afterwards I delivered everything. Negative. In summary I had to cancel due to lack of total flexibility, losing half a day of work. Thanks anyway, they certainly lost a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situazione paradossale… abbiamo prenotato una risonanza magnetica alla mandibola, siamo arrivati all’istituto il giorno fissato e ci hanno detto che loro non fanno risonanze magnetiche e ci hanno mandato via. Venivamo da Firenze, quindi abbiamo perso 3 ore perché un’incompetente ha capito una cosa per un’altra
Paradoxical situation ... we booked an MRI of the jaw, we arrived at the institute on the appointed day and they told us that they do not do MRI scans and they sent us away. We came from Florence, so we lost 3 hours because an incompetent understood one thing for another
