Scontrosa, maleducata, arrogante,ha scatti di rabbia nei confronti degli utenti che semplicemente chiedono chiarimenti ed informazioni! Spero che questa recensione possa contribuire alle tante lamentele verso questa persona e vengano presi provvedimenti, una cos' non può stare al pubblico! Dies from one office to another, exaggerated expectations, and many many things that don't work, like disinformation, but the gem of goodies and the blonde lady of acceptance! Grumpy, rude, arrogant, has fits of anger towards users who simply ask for clarification and information! I hope that this review can contribute to the many complaints to this person and measures are taken, one thing cannot be for the public!

National Institute of Labor (Inail) well managed, trained staff on each branch. Very clean and hygienic in compliance with the rules.

Io arrivo alle 8 ma alle 10.30 ancora non mi hanno chiamato, ma nel frattempo sono passate davanti a me più di 20 persone.. ( io ero il quarto).. Sveglia dottori e infermieri.. They send you a registered letter where they give you an appointment and tell you to be on time .. Visit at 8.30 .. I arrive at 8 but at 10.30 they still haven't called me, but in the meantime more than 20 people have passed in front of me .. (I was the fourth) .. Wake up doctors and nurses ..
