★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All'inizio ero un po' titubante perché ho sempre avuto brutte esperienze con le agenzie immobiliari, ma devo dire che l'assistenza della signora Adriana, nonché la pazienza, è stata davvero ottima. Per adesso non mi posso lamentare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolta a questa agenzia per l'affitto di una casa per l'estate. Ho preso una casa per 4 mesi. Ho pagato 2800 euro per una casa fatiscente. Ho dovuto anche disinfestare il materasso dalle cimici. La cifra è astronomica per Bolsena. Casa senza TV né condizionatore. L'unico lato positivo è stata la posizione tra il paese e il lago. Non era possibile fare la doccia senza allagare il bagno. Per un mese ho dovuto fare la doccia rischiando di scivolare, prima che la proprietaria si decidesse a sistemare il piatto doccia, dopo un mese. Ho dovuto pagare a parte la spesa della bombola del gas. Le serrande si sono bloccate in due finestre. Il ragazzo dell'agenzia è venuto a ripararle ma dopo poco si sono bloccate di nuovo. L'anta di un armadio mi è quasi finita su piede. Infine della caparra che avevo versato non mi è stata ancora restituita dopo 2 settimane che ho lasciato l'appartamento perché la proprietaria intende detrarre le spese di acqua e luce. Se vi offrono una casa a via della Chiusa evitatela accuratamente!
I turned to this agency for the rental of a house for the summer. I took a home for 4 months. I paid 2800 euros for a dilapidated house. I also had to get the bed bugs out of the mattress. The figure is astronomical for Bolsena. House without TV or air conditioner. The only plus was the location between the village and the lake. It was not possible to shower without flooding the bathroom. For a month I had to take a shower and risked slipping, before the owner decided to fix the shower tray, after a month. I had to pay for the gas bottle separately. The shutters got stuck in two windows. The guy from the agency came to fix them but after a while they got stuck again. The door of a wardrobe has almost landed on my foot. Finally, the deposit I had paid has not yet been returned to me after 2 weeks that I left the apartment because the owner intends to deduct the costs of water and electricity. If they offer you a house in via della Chiusa, avoid it carefully!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ancora sto aspettando una risposta.... Se non avessi fatto da sola starei ancora a Bolsena ad aspettare. In tanti anni che affitto per tempi brevi per le mie sospirate vacanze non mi era mai capitata una assenza di professionalità così marcata. Vi lascio un cosiglio: se si affitta un immobile anche per brevi periodi la vostra percentuale serve affinché entrambe le parti possano essere soddisfatte altrimenti la vostra percentuale non ha senso. Bastava un tavolo esterno per mangiare la sera o quanto meno uno della cucina che se lo spostavi non di smontasse. Un ventilatore, dei televisori funzionanti e un bidè che non perdesse. Non si può dire ad una persona che affitta per una sola settimana " le mando qualcuno per ripararlo" io non voglio operai in giro. Era stato chiesto un minimo di comodità per questioni di patologia..... In più
Ho cercato di contattarla per la restituzione delle chiavi e ancora attendo una risposta . Una cosa è certa se mi dovesse servire di nuovo non mi rivolgerò a voi. Distinti saluti. Annamaria Toti

I leave you a tip: if you rent a property even for short periods, your percentage is needed so that both parties can be satisfied otherwise your percentage makes no sense. An outside table was enough to eat in the evening or at least one in the kitchen that if you moved it would not disassemble. A fan, working TVs and a never leaking bidet.
