★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima. Prima della chiusura estiva siamo Stati pressati per depositare un assegno per bloccare una casa. Proposta regolarmente registrata, cosa che ci ha dato fiducia. Abbiamo anche chiesto un prestito per l'acquisto. Dopodiché silenzio radio. Per due mesi ci dicevano che era "tutto a posto, nessun problema" Senza fornirci informazioni e alcuna documentazione valida relativa all'immobile. Quando Abbiamo chiesto se pensavano di riuscire a rispettate i tempi prefissati per la vendita ci è stato risposto in maniera seccata "se non volete più la casa non è un problema, basta che lo dite". Ovviamente solo a pochi giorni dalla scadenza della proposta di acquisto ci è stato chiesto di poter posticipare la data perché non avevano ancora la documentazione. Vista la mal gestione e la scarsa professionalità non siamo andati avanti. Abbiamo perso tempo, soldi e ci siamo ritrovati con un prestito da pagare.
Bad experience. Before the summer closure, we were pressed to deposit a check to block a house. Duly registered proposal, which gave us confidence. We also took out a loan for the purchase. After that radio silence. For two months we were told that it was "all right, no problem" without providing us with information and any valid documentation relating to the property. When we asked if they thought they would be able to meet the deadlines set for the sale, we were replied in an annoyed way "if you don't want the house anymore it's not a problem, just say so". Obviously, only a few days after the expiry of the purchase proposal we were asked to be able to postpone the date because they did not yet have the documentation. Given the poor management and lack of professionalism, we did not go ahead. We wasted time, money and ended up with a loan to pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima per avere informazioni prima dell’appuntamento ho dovuto investigare perché l’agente non rispondeva chiaramente alle domande mi ha portato a vedere una casa non abitabile asserendo che il proprietario avrebbe poi fatto le pratiche (?) Prima volta che mi capita di firmare un foglio visite dove è già inserito il prezzo della prestazione per l’agenzia €3000 mila euro. (?) Assolutamente incompetenti è poco professionali. Agenzia depennata
