Perchè un "Istituto di Medicina" che non risponde al telefono, che non fornisce altro mezzo fuorchè andarci di persona per prenotare una visita, secondo me, non si merita nemmeno una stella. Sentirmi dire che i telefoni fissi hanno la suoneria bassa e quindi non rispondono è una scusa fuorviante. Allora tento di connettermi ai numeri di cellulari sempre da loro forniti per le comunicazioni, e non rispondono nemmeo ai cellulari. Ma cosa dovrebbe fare una persona anziana per contattarli? Aggiungo inoltre che la locazione dell'Istituto è scomoda e non offre un posto dove sostare. Deludente , poco professionale e da segnalare come un disastro organizzativo.
