Ieri mi sono recato a scuola per incontrare i docenti (miei colleghi tra l'altro), e mi sono trovato a constatare che l'organizzazione degli incontri era lasciato al caso, innanzitutto all'ingresso c'era la cartellonistica che indicava e aule dove si potevano incontrare i docenti, diviso per sezioni. Ma prima sorpresa, la sezione D nella quale si trova a frequentare mio figlio non c'era. Poi i docenti erano nelle aule a caso, senza un criterio e cosa ancora più assurda nelle aule c'erano ammassati i genitori, senza un ordine e senza una fila identificabile. Oltre ciò, è estremamente grave constatare che i docenti facevano gli incontri con i genitori addossati a coloro che erano a colloquio, senza un po di privacy. Ho deciso di non fare alcun incontro con i docenti e per tale motivo consiglio alla dirigente di prendere opportuni provvedimenti per una migliore organizzazione. Yesterday I went to school to meet the teachers (my colleagues by the way), and I found myself noting that the organization of the meetings was left to chance, first of all at the entrance there was the signage that indicated and classrooms where you could meet the teachers, divided by sections. But first surprise, the D section in which my son has to go was not there. Then the teachers were in the classrooms at random, without a criterion and even more absurdly in the classrooms the parents were piled up, without an order and without an identifiable line. Beyond that, it is extremely serious to note that the teachers did the meetings with the parents leaning against those who were in conversation, without some privacy. I decided not to have any meetings with the teachers and for this reason I advise the manager to take appropriate measures for a better organization.

Mio figlio frequenta la terza media e sono due anni che organizzano cicli di conferenze con la presenza di personalità e con la partecipazione degli alunni. Oggi, 20.02.2020, si sono tenuti gli incontri con i docenti con un impeccabile organizzazione, seguendo il proprio turno senza creare disordine.
