Quest'anno, per stanchezza fisica e mentale ,abbiamo deciso di non organizzare le vacanze da soli, ma ci siamo rivolti ad Isolamare per il nostro viaggio in Norvegia.Grande dedizione nel personalizzare il viaggio secondo le nostre esigenze. Inoltre, circa una settimana prima della partenza, ci siamo accorti di un problema sull'orario del volo di ritorno. Avendo già saldato tutto sono sicura che molti avrebbero accollato a noi la responsabilità della incomprensione. Fabrizio, è stato superlativo.Ci ha risolto il problema -una settimana dalla partenza!- facendoci sentire protetti e coccolati. Per me, se Isolamare non ha preparato le valigie e si è ,perfino, ingrandita una ragione c'è. I met Isolamare, by chance, to organize a perfect houseboat holiday. This year, due to physical and mental fatigue, we decided not to organize the holidays alone, but we turned to Isolamare for our trip to Norway. Also, about a week before departure, we noticed a problem with the return flight schedule. Having already settled everything, I'm sure that many would have taken the responsibility for the misunderstanding on us. Fabrizio was superb, he solved the problem - one week after departure! - making us feel protected and pampered. For me, there is a reason if Isolamare has not packed the suitcases and even expanded.
