β β β β β Lovely and very spacious apartment on the 7th floor with a big terrace on three sides with a beautiful view over the sea and old town of Monopoli. The appartmet has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, large living room en good kitchen.
Everything is clean, the breakfast is delivered daily by the owner and tastes delicious.

Perfect location, close to the historic city and the sea !!
The terrace is huge, with a beautiful view on the sea and the city.
The apartment is very well equipped with 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and an espresso machine with Italian coffee.
Good and fresh breakfast each morning brought by Antonio !!
Very nice welcome with a bottle of local wine and homemade biscuits.
Free and easy parking around the building.
Perfect for a stay with friends !!
