Gym with many disciplines well attended ... I have never attended but I have heard very well ... I know some people who attend and feel good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visita iniziale breve e superficiale, spogliatoio(dei maschi) raggiungibile tramite una scala a chiocciola e organizzato male, con la maggior parte delle sedute che sono semplici sedie di plastica abbastanza scomode e la serratura dell' UNICO bagno disponibile, rotta.
L'unico istruttore che c'è ti segue solamente le prime volte come per farti intendere che ti seguirá anche successivamente ma in realtà dopo le prime volte non sarà nemmeno più presente nella sala attrezzi (di pomeriggio, da quello che so)ma si troverà chissà dove.
Dopo circa due settimane ti viene fatta scaricare un app con tutti gli esercizi che non hanno assolutamente spiegazioni sul come svolgerli.
La segretaria é molto gentile.
Initial visit short and superficial, changing room (of the males) reachable via a spiral staircase and poorly organized, with most of the seats being simple plastic chairs quite uncomfortable and the lock of the ONLY bathroom available, broken.
The only instructor who is there only follows you the first few times as if to make you understand that he will also follow you later but in reality after the first few times he will not even be present in the equipment room (in the afternoon, from what I know) but he will be who knows where.
After about two weeks you are made to download an app with all the exercises that have absolutely no explanations on how to do them.
The secretary is very nice.

Non troverete i bestioni ripieni di steroidi, ma solo gente che ha voglia di tenersi un po' in forma.
Consigliatissima.
A well-managed gym with a familiar feel and a highly trained staff.
You won't find the steroid-stuffed beasts, just folks who want to keep fit.
Highly recommended.
