★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamarla palestra è quasi riduttivo, praticamente è come avere un personal trainer a disposizione. A disposizione ci sono tutti gli attrezzi per un ottima preparazione ma il vero vantaggio è la gentilezza, passione e professionalità di Stefano.
Calling her gym is almost simplistic, practically it's like having a personal trainer available. Available are all the tools for a good preparation but the real advantage is the kindness, passion and professionalism of Stefano.

Si potrebbe pensare che la palestra è uno sport individuale ma non è così, in questa palestra si lavora e si raggiungono obiettivi di squadra! Nonostante sono iscritta da poco già vedo i primi risultati!??
Recommended experience! The coach and staff motivate you in every workout, the environment is pleasant and welcoming! You might think that the gym is an individual sport but it is not like that, in this gym you work and achieve team goals! Although I have just registered, I already see the first results! ??

Il livello professionale dei maestri e personal trainer è veramente di spessore. Lo stesso Stefano è istruttore di Crossfit (che non conoscevo prima) e Calisthenics (disciplina altrettanto interessante).
Ampia la gamma dei corsi, le attrezzature mi sono sembrate moderne e adatte. Poi si sa, la differenza la fanno sempre i meastri/istruttori, e come detto, il livello professionale è veramente alto.
Buona la location, le due sale sono ampie e molto luminose.
Very helpful staff, the owner Stefano Zuccaro is certainly a guarantee of seriousness.
The professional level of the masters and personal trainers is really thick. Stefano himself is an instructor of Crossfit (which I didn't know before) and Calisthenics (equally interesting discipline).
Wide range of courses, the equipment seemed modern and suitable. Then you know, the difference is always made by the teachers / instructors, and as mentioned, the professional level is really high.
Good location, the two rooms are large and very bright.
