★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante il "brand" sia, per Roma, sinonimo di livello medio alto di centro fitness, questa palestra è, nel complesso, piuttosto trasandata e poco curata. Scarso il servizio di assistenza in sala pesi con istruttore (da qualche tempo in sala ne gira solo 1!!) simpatico ma poco attento a ciò che gli accade attorno. Analogo giudizio negativo sul personale addetto al servizio "accoglienza / receptionist", spesso molto svogliato e generalmente poco chiaro al momento in cui si chiedono spiegazioni su contratti o sulla policy del centro.
Although the "brand" is, for Rome, synonymous with the medium-high level of fitness center, this gym is, on the whole, rather unkempt and not well cared for. Poor assistance service in the weight room with instructor (for some time only 1 has been running in the room !!) nice but not very attentive to what is happening around him. A similar negative opinion on the staff involved in the "reception / receptionist" service, often very listless and generally unclear when asking for explanations on contracts or on the center's policy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sala pesi è ottima, unico vero neo sono le receptionists. Una volta fatto l'abbonamento non salutano più, molto maleducate.
The weight room is great, the only real drawback are the receptionists. Once the subscription is made they no longer say hello, very rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pagato annulle, ovviamente per colpa della pandemia ho persi mesi di palestra, rientro e cosa dicono, che inveve di recuperare i mesi l'abbonamento é scaduto e faranno un voucher dei mesi persi, ma bisogna pagare di nuovo.... Capisco la difficolta ma ovviamente anche noi ci sudiamo i soldi. Oltretutto una palestra poco controllata durante l'allenamento sull'igenizzszione degli attrezzi. Non tornerò mai più in questa palestra
Paid cancel, obviously because of the pandemic I lost months in the gym, I return and what they say, who instead of recovering the months the subscription has expired and they will make a voucher for the lost months, but you have to pay again .... I understand the difficulty but of course we also sweat our money. Moreover, a little controlled gym during training on the hygiene of tools. I will never go back to this gym again
