Nice location but bad service. We arrived and were able to order after 20 minutes without even being able to ask for a drink in the meantime and there were not many people. The girl told us three times that someone was coming. Then they bring us dishes that are not ours and ask us if we still have to order (finally). We get there first to eat than to drink, deferred cutlery. In short, an unprofessional and tiring service, two stars because in the end the salad was good, but for what we paid ... the value for money is bad.

Irish Caffe: Delicious coffee, super nice outdoor seating! Small snacks (fried food or pastries) should be tried. This is where the party goes on at the weekend. Definitely try it: dumplings with sausage, fries and ketchup. La Rosa dei Venti: Here you can find pasta or pizza, pastries and much more. Nice for dinner. In my opinion the cheapest in Malfa. Quality is absolutely appropriate for the price. Must try: Pizza la Rosa dei Venti.

Consiglio!
Local with bar and restaurant. We stopped first at the bar to eat a really good granita! Then we had dinner in the restaurant, a nice and welcoming courtyard. Quick service, very friendly staff. We had the fish au gratin with pistachio and the grilled swordfish, both very good. Advise!

A delicious dinner: red snapper with fragrant sea salt, with white and firm meats. Truly exceptional fish tartare of the day, thanks to a balance of aromas and flavors between zero kilometer ingredients, the most common of Aeolian cuisine (capers, cherry tomatoes, almonds, pine nuts) dosed in an extraordinary way

Beautiful square with some trees, tables to have your coffee, relax, and watch people passing by.

The 'new' restaurant called 'La Rosa dei Venti' is basically managed by the same owners of the Irish pub. Just consider that it's one of the very few restaurants in Malfa which is open for lunch! Very politely we asked inside whether we could sit outside (considering the still hot weather in September) and get some food. We waited for somebody to bring us the menu for at least 15 minutes, after the waitress was serving (very slowly) the other (very few) guests. After we went inside reminding them we were waiting outside, we finally got the menu, but after that we continued waiting for somebody to take our order for at least other 10 minutes. Nothing happened despite if another reminder! At the end we stood up leaving that disgraceful place very disappointed and with the clear perception they were ignoring us on purpose. It was lunch time (roughly 1:00 pm). The restaurant license should be immediately taken them away! Definitely to be avoided!
