★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo preso lasagne, risotto di mare e polpette. Essere sopravvissuto la ritengo una fortuna. Dopo 4 ore con una grappa e un fernet ce l'abbiamo fatta a buttar giù tutto. Credo che ci sia bisogno di uno in cucina che assomigli ad un cuoco. La cosa bella è che la padrona sembrava ti proponesse roba di alta cucina. Il prezzo normale per roba commestibile...non per quella roba. Per non passarci davanti d'ora in poi passerò dalla pineta ?
We took lasagna, seafood risotto and meatballs. Being a survivor, I consider it a fortune. After 4 hours with a grappa and a fernet we managed to throw it all down. I think we need one in the kitchen that looks like a cook. The nice thing is that the mistress seemed to offer you haute cuisine stuff. The normal price for edible stuff ... not for that stuff. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prese delle pizze da asporto per cena durante le ferie al mare.
Le pizze sembrano essere delle basi precotte con sopra spalmato il condimento, in pratica un cracker di 25cm di diametro farcito con passata di pomodoro, formaggio filante e condimenti vari.
Serata e nottata passata tra pesantezza di stomaco, acidità e sete.
Insomma, oltre a non essere buona, pure indigeribile.
Se esistesse un premio per la peggior pizza d’Italia, questo posto potrebbe avere ottime probabilità di vincere il primo premio.
Se un prodotto non si sa fare o non si hanno i mezzi per farlo, meglio toglierlo dal menu. Non si lavora così.
