Daniele ha visionato immediatamente il cellulare in mia presenza e, sempre tenendomi informato sulle procedure per tentare la riaccensione del medesimo, siamo arrivati alla conclusione che era irreparabile. Ho chiesto se aveva un iphone 6 ricondizionato e mi ha detto che sarebbe stato già disponibile nel pomeriggio stesso, in quanto era in altra sede. Tornati in negozio all'orario stabilito, siamo rimasti stupiti dal fatto che nella confezione del telefono ricondizionato erano stati inseriti nuovi di zecca: adattatore di rete 220--- cavo usb/iphone --- auricolari, il tutto con marchio Apple. Un discorso a parte, merita il tecnico Sig. Daniele che con la sua professionalità ed esperienza ci ha spiegato ogni particolare e se avevamo dei dubbi a non esitare assolutamente a contattarlo. Persone di questo calibro è molto difficile trovarle, gli altri sono tutti bravissimi a vendere ma poi alle prime difficoltà, sono inesistenti. Peccato che non posso dare piu' di 5 stelle. Back in the shop at the appointed time, we were amazed by the fact that in the box of the refurbished phone there were brand new: 220 mains adapter --- usb / iphone cable --- earphones, all with Apple brand. A separate discussion, the technician Mr. Daniele deserves, who with his professionalism and experience explained every detail to us and if we had any doubts, do not hesitate to contact him. People of this caliber are very difficult to find, the others are all very good at selling but then at the first difficulties, they are non-existent. Too bad I can't give more than 5 stars.

Avevo problemi con il microfono e rispettiva viva voce del mio IPhone X ,sono andata 2volte alle Apple di Lonato AL LEONE e dopo dei test mi hanno detto che non si poteva fare niente e dovevo sostituire il tel . Naturalmente quelli mirano solo a vendere e devo dire che sono rimasta molto delusa dal loro comportamento . Grazie ai miei nipoti che sono dei tecnici in erba mi hanno dato il N. Di tel del negozio iRiparo e devo dire che sono stata sconvolta dalla preparazione di Daniele . Aveva già individuato il problema descrittogli al telefono ,comunque dopo aver esaminato bene il tel e fatto dei test ha individuato il problema , ha ordinato il pezzo e dopo due giorni sono andata ,mi ha sostituito il microfono, in un ora io avevo il mio telefono perfettamente funzionante . Non esitate nemmeno un istante ,se avete problemi andate da DANIELE ,ragazzo giovane molto gentile e disponibile ma SOPRATUTTO MOLTO ONESTO NEL PREZZO . CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE QUESTO NEGOZIO PER I VOSTRI TELEFONI E ALTRA TECNOLOGIA . I highly recommend this shop and the technician of this shop, Mr. Daniele. I had problems with the microphone and respective speakerphone of my IPhone X, I went 2 times to the Apple in Lonato AL LEONE and after some tests they told me that nothing could be done and I had to replace the phone. Of course those only aim to sell and I have to say that I was very disappointed with their behavior. Thanks to my nephews who are budding technicians they gave me the phone number of the iRiparo store and I must say that I was shocked by Daniele's preparation. He had already identified the problem described to him on the phone, however after examining the phone carefully and doing some tests he identified the problem, ordered the piece and after two days I went, he replaced the microphone, in an hour I had my phone fully functional. Do not hesitate even for a moment, if you have problems go to DANIELE, a young boy very kind and helpful but ABOVE ALL VERY HONEST IN THE PRICE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE FOR YOUR PHONES AND OTHER TECHNOLOGY.
G	G D F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo un problema allo schermo e Daniele ( il tecnico) non solo ha risolto un problema che altro tecnici hanno classificato come:" devi cambiare telefono" ma è stato gentilissimo, molto professionale e paziente. Lui da solo merita 100 mila stelle! Questo negozio è molto consigliato! Sono stato quasi sorpreso dalla velocità con cui è stato svolto l’intervento! Inoltre il sistema via mail che ti aggiorna sullo stato di riparazione è molto comodo e funzionale. Consigliato!
