Consiglio vivamente il pollo arrosto, l'arrosto di maiale e il prosciutto crudo! Superb butchery, quality products, well stocked. The butcher is courteous, nice and friendly. I highly recommend the roast chicken, the roast pork and the cured ham!

Dalla carne ai latticini....provate il latte Dalla Brea intero, come quello di una volta, o lo yogurt bio bianco che io compro a "secchiello" fa vo lo so. E non vi dico delle crepes al tartufo e porcini o al pomodoro mozzarella. Tutto fatto rigorosamente da loro! D'inverno fanno il brodo di carne che vendono a bottiglia. E i salami! Beh andate e provate! Come valore aggiunto sempre sorridenti, gentilissimi e disponibili , senti che amano il loro lavoro che di questi tempi è ormai una rarità. Buon appetito da cacio e pepe. From meat to dairy products .... try the whole Dalla Brea milk, like what it used to be, or the white organic yogurt I buy to "bucket" I do know. And I do not tell you the crepes with truffles and porcini mushrooms or tomato mozzarella. All done strictly by them! In winter, they make the broth selling a bottle. And the salami! Well go and try! As added value always smiling, kind and helpful, you feel that love their job these days is now a rarity. Good appetite for cheese and pepper.
