Mi ha presentato un conto medicinale di 90 euro per un gattino di soli 3 mesi (salvato da me personalmente dalla strada), dicendomi anche,in quanto persona che non poteva permettersi le cure economiche minime, di riportarglielo in ambulatorio e di prendermi del tempo, (tempo concordato 5giorni), per decidere se tenerlo e riuscire a pagare le cure o lasciarlo a loro. Subito il giorno successivo l’ho contattata per comunicarle che avrei provveduto alle cure, ma lei il mio gatto non me lo ha piu restituito e ad oggi non so più dove sia finito. Mi ha accusato di averlo abbandonato, quando io stessa l’ho salvato e accudito per 10 giorni in casa mia, dicendomi anche che non avendo il microchip ( cosa che doveva mettere lei in quanto gatto trovato per strada) non avevo alcun diritto sull’animale. Morale della favola ha deciso di tenersi il mio gatto e e di non farmelo più vedere, solo per un obiezione su un conto medicinale al quanto salato. La tutela degli animali è importante e un veterinario ha il dovere di assicurarsi che vengano trattati al meglio dai propri padroni, cosa che io ho fatto se no non avrei anche avuto la premura di farlo visitare da un veterinario… ma si ricordi dottoressa che anche il rispetto verso le persone è altrettanto importante. Lei non aveva alcun diritto di dare via un gatto che un padrone già lo aveva!!! The doctor is completely dishonest and devoid of empathy. He accused me of having abandoned him, when I myself saved and looked after him for 10 days in my house, also telling me that not having the microchip (which she had to put in as a cat found on the street) I had no right to the animal . Moral of the story he decided to keep my cat and not let me see him again, only for an objection to a salty medicinal bill. The protection of animals is important and a veterinarian has a duty to make sure that they are treated in the best possible way by their owners, which I have done otherwise I would not have also had the concern to have them examined by a veterinarian ... but remember doctor that also the respect for people is equally important. She had no right to give away a cat that a master already had !!!

Purtroppo spesso si imbatte con persone prive di amore per questi, che addirittura sono disposte ad abbandonarli per non pagare le cure da lei indicate. Adottare un animale è una responsabilità e un sacrificio a volte anche economico. Se non si è disposti a farlo, consiglio di acquistare un peluche. Non solo le due dottoresse hanno dimostrato alta professionalità e gentilezza, ma i prezzi sono più che giusti. Ovviamente il costo dei medicinali non dipende dalla clinica e quanto prescritto dalle dottoresse è solo quanto necessario al bene del ns animale. Consigliatissimo!! Not only the two doctors have shown high professionalism and kindness, but the prices are more than fair. Obviously the cost of medicines does not depend on the clinic and what doctors prescribe is only what is necessary for the good of our animal. Highly recommended !!

La professionalità, l'attenzione e la dedizione con cui si occupa dei suoi pazienti a quattro zampe è cosa rara da trovare. Riesce ad entrare in empatia con l'animale e sa perfettamente come adoperarsi per il suo bene, ed ogni sua indicazione è finalizzata al benessere della bestia e non da motivi economici (come spesso mi è capitato da altri "professionisti" in precedenza). Non cambierei veterinario per alcun motivo: andare all'Ambulatorio Ippocastano è senza dubbio la miglior scelta che si possa fare se si vuole il meglio per il proprio cucciolo! Dr. Silvia has been following my Hungarian Bracco for the past two years, and I am extremely satisfied with it. The professionalism, attention and dedication with which he takes care of his four-legged patients is a rare thing to find. He is able to empathize with the animal and knows perfectly well how to work for his good, and all his indications are aimed at the well-being of the beast and not for economic reasons (as often happened to me by other "professionals" previously). I would not change vet for any reason: going to the Horse Chestnut Clinic is undoubtedly the best choice you can make if you want the best for your puppy!

Si prendono cura dei pazienti come fossero i propri animali. La dottoressa Fraboni alcuni anni fa ha salvato la vita alla mia gattina Perla e ha trovato una cura non invasiva, ma molto efficace, per il mio gatto Bibo. Non si è mai arresa e le sarò sempre grata per questo. I strongly recommend the Ippocastano veterinary center, the doctors are reliable and professional. They take care of patients as if they were their own animals. A few years ago, Dr. Fraboni saved my kitten Perla's life and found a non-invasive but very effective cure for my cat Bibo. She has never given up and I will always be grateful to her for that.

Sono la proprietaria di due gatte anziane che proprio per la loro età nell'ultimo periodo hanno avuto bisogno di numerosi controlli, nonostante la mancanza di preavviso Silvia ci ha sempre accolto nel suo studio e tante volte ha fatto i salti mortali pur di non rimandare queste visite che, appunto, non erano programmate, per questo la ringrazierò sempre e la consiglierò a chiunque voglia interfacciarsi con una professionista che ama si il suo lavoro ma anche chi, come lei del resto, vede gli animali come membri della famiglia e come tali decide di prendersene cura. Aggiungo che qualche mese fa la Dottoressa Fraboni e Sofia, sua assistente, si sono prese cura di un riccio da me trovato a bordo strada in fin di vita e portato quindi presso il loro ambulatorio: il riccio purtroppo non ce l'ha fatta, Silvia quando mi sono offerta coprire le eventuali spese da lei sostenute nel tentativo di curarlo mi ha risposto che non le dovevo nulla in quanto comunque era giusto tentare di salvarlo. Per come la vedo io si diventa amanti degli animali quando si riesce a mettere il loro interesse davanti al proprio ed è questa la filosofia sposata dalla Dottoressa. La Dott.ssa Silvia Fraboni, titolare, ha saputo capire cosa aveva la micia quando la "super clinica blasonata" con un ricco staff non ci era andata nemmeno vicino. Successivamente sono stata in ambulatorio xchè la coniglietta era raffreddata, l ha visitata e le ha prescritto la cura. L ho riportata al controllo l ha valutata trovandola molto meglio. Fino ad ora il costo è stato di 45€. Oltre ad una ottima professionalità devo dire che è molto onesta. La consiglio vivamante.
