★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le commesse sono sempre gentilissime, ma delle tre quattro volte che ho avuto modo di servirmi in questo punto vendita, sono rimasta delusa circa la resa dei prodotti. Una volta per un mascara richiesto trasparente, che però trasparente non era, bensì bianco, un'altra per uno smalto rosso più caro rispetto ad altri ma così liquido da essere inutilizzabile, poi un temperino per matite trucco con entrambi i fori di dimensioni non standard; non ho ovviamente potuto cambiarli in quanto ho dovuto aprirli per provarli.
Sciocchezze, me ne rendo conto, ma per chi come me deve misurare le spese extra, è un problema.
Inoltre, come anche in altri centri, si trovano spesso offerte per fine serie di articoli da profumeria, ma di questi alcuni prodotti sono ormai deteriorati, per ciò vale per tutti la stessa regola: meglio sempre valutare bene l'acquisto, anche se si tratta di pochi euro. In generale, prezzi comunque nella media e negozio sempre pulito e in ordine.
The orders are always very kind, but of the three or four times that I have been able to serve myself in this store, I was disappointed about the yield of the products. Once for a transparent mascara required, which however was not transparent, but white, another for a red nail polish more expensive than others but so liquid as to be unusable, then a makeup pencil sharpener with both holes of non-standard dimensions ; I obviously couldn't change them as I had to open them to try them on.
Nonsense, I realize, but for someone like me who has to measure the extra expenses, it is a problem.
Furthermore, as in other centers, there are often offers for the end of series of perfumery items, but some of these products have now deteriorated, which is why the same rule applies to all: it is always better to evaluate the purchase well, even of a few euros. In general, prices are still average and the shop is always clean and tidy.
