Metto una stella perché non si può mettere meno. Mi sono recato oggi in negozio insieme a mia moglie, per acquistare 90mq di pavimento flottante e purtroppo siamo stati trattati con un enorme maleducazione. Al momento non c'era nessun cliente e l'addetto (uno dei tre presenti all'ingresso) ci ha indicato dove erano posti gli articoli da noi richiesti, ci ha detto di visionarli autonomamente, dopodiché è scomparso. Avendo bisogno di assistenza per poter concludere l'acquisto, ci siamo messi ad attendere davanti al ricevimento, senza ottenere minima considerazione. Delle altre due persone addette una, era impegnata con un cellulare e non ha neppure alzato lo sguardo, l'altra riceveva dei clienti arrivati dopo di noi. Mi sarei aspettato che mi venisse almeno detto di avere pazienza e di attendere un po', invece niente di niente. Alla fine dopo una lunga attesa, visto il trattamento, ce ne siamo andati effettuando l'acquisto in un altro negozio
Rudeness reigns supreme!
I put a star because you can't put less. I went to the shop today with my wife to buy 90sqm of floating floor and unfortunately we were treated with enormous rudeness. At the moment there was no customer and the clerk (one of the three present at the entrance) showed us where the items we requested were placed, told us to view them independently, after which he disappeared. Needing assistance to be able to complete the purchase, we waited in front of the reception, without obtaining the slightest consideration. Of the other two people employed, one was busy with a cell phone and did not even look up, the other received customers who arrived after us. I would have expected to at least be told to be patient and wait a bit, instead nothing at all. In the end, after a long wait, given the treatment, we left by making the purchase in another store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stiamo ristrutturando l'appartamento, bagni, pavimenti, etc. Oltre al rapporto qualitá prezzo che ritengo sia ottimo, abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo l'assistenza di Giuseppe e del team in generale. Invadenza zero, ma sempre pronti ad offrire consigli e guidare le scelte in base alle esigenze dei clienti. Ordini, cambi di ordine, sostituzione anche in base a cambi di idee, non sono mai stati supportati in modo cosí eccellente.

We are renovating the apartment, bathrooms, floors, etc. In addition to the value for money which I believe is excellent, we greatly appreciated the assistance of Giuseppe and the team in general. Zero intrusiveness, but always ready to offer advice and guide choices based on customer needs. Orders, changes of order, substitution even on the basis of changes of ideas, have never been supported in such an excellent way.
