Non merita le 5 stelle solo perché non è facilmente accessibile e per lo scarso parcheggio.
Large room with well-made display of all materials for sale. Staff available and not nagging.
It does not deserve 5 stars just because it is not easily accessible and because of the scarce parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La quantità e la varietà del materiale è varia e numerosa, peccato che il personale lascia mooolto a desiderare..volevo acquistare oltre alle piastrelle anche un bagno ..ma alla fine ho rinunciato...il ragazzo non sapeva se erano o no disponibili i vari mobili..ne sapeva meno di me...!! per il ritiro poi merita una recensione a parte...sarei dovuta andare io..però mi sarei dovuta organizzare per il carico perchè non avrei avuto nessun aiuto da parte loro...è andato mio marito..ha fatto tutto da solo..un pezzo si è rotto...no non si fa così...mai più..!!!!!
The quantity and variety of the material is varied and numerous, it is a pity that the staff leaves much to be desired .. I wanted to buy a bathroom in addition to the tiles .. but in the end I gave up ... the boy did not know whether or not the various pieces of furniture .. he knew less than me ... !! for the collection then it deserves a separate review ... I should have gone myself .. but I would have had to organize myself for the load because I would not have had any help from them ... my husband went .. he did everything by himself. .a piece is broken ... no it's not like this ... never again .. !!!!!

Nello specifico, debbo riconoscere che il personale di Civitanova Marche, ed in particolare Stefano, è stato davvero disponibile, cortese e competente. Mi sento, nel dettaglio, di ringraziare Stefano il quale ha seguito tutti i miei ordini, anche sotto il profilo delle tempistiche, dei resi e di ogni altra questione anche contabile. Sono stata servita da Jacopo, che credo sia il responsabile, un ragazzo super professionale, con un gusto impeccabile, tanto paziente e capace di accontentare tutte le tasche. Sono rimasta così entusiasta che il giorno dopo ho portato anche un’amica che ha avuto la mia stessa impressione.
CONSIGLIATISSIMO, sia il negozio per i prezzi così competitivi e per la qualità, sia per il personale così in gamba e che ti segue passo passo.

On Friday I went to the Iperceramica store in Civitanova Marche to cover my bathrooms, it was the first time I went and I was really super satisfied. I was served by Jacopo, who I believe is the manager, a super professional guy, with an impeccable taste, very patient and capable of satisfying all budgets. I was so enthusiastic that the next day I also brought a friend who had the same impression as me.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, both the shop for such competitive prices and for the quality, and for the staff so smart and who follow you step by step.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reacatami al punto vendita per valutare l'acquisto di pavimenti e rivestimenti per la casa in ristrutturazione. Il personale, dopo alcune delucidazioni sui prodotti da me richiesti, si allontanava per seguire altri clienti lasciandomi in attesa per circa 30 minuti, dimostrando scarsa professionalità. Nonostante gli ottimi prezzi, mi recherò altrove per i miei acquisti.
Reacat me to the point of sale to evaluate the purchase of floor and wall coverings for the house under renovation. The staff, after some clarifications on the products I requested, left to follow other customers, leaving me waiting for about 30 minutes, showing lack of professionalism. Despite the great prices, I will go elsewhere for my purchases.
