★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posso dare 2 stelline solo perché offrono prodotti molto buoni e sono bravi con la progettazione. Però il customer service è il pessimo. Appena finito la fase di progettazione qualunque problema che hai ignorano le tue chiamate e rispondono solo se fai una domanda collegata al pagamento. Hanno nascosto tutti i difetti delle materiali anche quelle costose che scopri solo quando arrivano e bisogna poi sostituirle. Non ci tornerei.
I can only give 2 stars because they offer very good products and are good at designing. But the customer service is bad. As soon as the design phase is finished, any problem you have will ignore your calls and will only answer if you ask a question related to payment. They have hidden all the defects of the materials, even the expensive ones that you find out only when they arrive and then you have to replace them. I would not go back.
