★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un po' deluso .... Di solito questa catena è ben fornita ma questa volta non ho trovato molta varietà di esposizione di piastrelle... Diverse erano non più ordinabili anche se esposte. Sicuramente sarà colpa del covid ho pensato!!!
 A little disappointed .... Usually this chain is well stocked but this time I didn't find much variety of tile display ... Several were no longer orderable even if displayed. Surely it will be the fault of the covid I thought !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Discreta scelta e rapidità nella fornitura con prezzi inferiori alla concorrenza. Il personale è stato gentile ma non mi avevano detto che con ritiro in negozio "non effettuano movimentazione manuale dei carichi". Stava anche per citarmi il d.lgs. 81/2008, al che mi sono caricato la roba da solo in macchina
Fair choice and speed in supply with lower prices than the competition. The staff was nice but they didn't tell me that with the pick-up in the shop "they don't carry out manual load handling". He was also going to quote Legislative Decree 81/2008, to which I loaded the stuff myself into the car

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cordialità e professionalità. Chi ci lavora conosce bene i prodotti e sa consigliarti al meglio. Vasta scelta di ceramiche, adattabili ad ogni stile e di altissima qualità. Per una ristrutturazione partirei sicuramente da Iperceramica!!
Friendliness and professionalism. Those who work there know the products well and can advise you best. Wide choice of ceramics, adaptable to any style and of the highest quality. For a renovation I would definitely start from Iperceramica !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Risultato frutto di una media ponderata tra le 5 stelle per le persone che vi lavorano tutte cordiali e disponibili e 0 stelle per il modus operandi della societa...assurdo che per la qualsivoglia non avendo disponibilità di magazzino si debba aspettare di giovedì in giovedì anche se a integrazione di grossi ordini hai necessita della minima integrazione....
Per lo staff , per la loro cortesia e attenzione del cliente di nuovo anche domani...per la gestione AZIENDALE probabilmente mai piu'!!
Result of a weighted average between 5 stars for the people who work there, all friendly and helpful and 0 stars for the modus operandi of the company ... absurd that for any one not having stock availability one has to wait from Thursday to Thursday also if in addition to large orders you need minimal integration ....
For the staff, for their courtesy and customer attention again tomorrow ... for the COMPANY management probably never again !!

Oggi mi ha servito un ragazzo che in meno di 15 d'ora mi ha fatto 2 preventivi con varie opportunità di scelta..ed a ad ogni mia domanda era sempre pronto a rispondermi con gentilezza e cortesia. Avevo già fatto altri acquisti... e sono tornata da loro. Ottima scelta. Lo consiglio ....e anche se non avete da acquistare...un giro fatevelo lo stesso...vi verrà voglia di RI-arredare casa!!????
Nice shop ... well stocked ... they offer you various furnishing opportunities and you always find that little discount that never hurts! The guys are competent..professional and kind! Today I was served by a guy who in less than 15 hours made me 2 estimates with various opportunities for choice .. and to all my questions he was always ready to answer me with kindness and courtesy. I had already made other purchases ... and I went back to them. Good choice. I recommend it .... and even if you do not have to buy ... do it for a ride ... you will want to RE-furnish your home !! ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto abbastanza fornito. Prezzi nella media e non sempre così convenienti, però a volte capita l'offerta giusta. Il ragazzo che lavora nel negozio è davvero gentile e professionale.
Quite well-stocked place. Average prices and not always so affordable, but sometimes the right offer happens. The guy who works in the shop is really nice and professional.
