★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi posiziono a livello della colonna per il rifornimento self ben segnalata... il gestore (credo) mi dice che non mi e' possibile fare rifornimento self e che il prezzo del carburante sarà invariato indipendentemente dal fatto che lo faccia io o lui e che se non fossi stato d'accordo potevo andarmene. Ho tentato di chiedere delucidazioni.... NON FATELO!!!
I position myself at the level of the well-marked self-refueling column ... the manager (I think) tells me that it is not possible for me to refuel myself and that the price of the fuel will be unchanged regardless of whether he or I does it and that if I didn't agree I could leave. I tried to ask for explanations .... DON'T DO IT !!!

Machine took EUR60 in cash from me and wouldn't deliver any fuel or issue a refund. All I got was a receipt that said that it took EUR60 from me. I waited over 2 hours for an attendant to come as this occurred over lunch. No one came. I called the number and the customer service representatives just hung up on me. I had a native Italian also call he said they hung up on him because he was calling from a foreign number.
